The scale of this titanic event is hard to comprehend. Reading the books gives you some indication of the grandeur of the Horus Heressy. No war fictional or otherwise can compare to it. Especially the siege of Terra stands out. Just trying to imagine it all gets me hyped. The long war of the 40k Universe pales in comparison to this.
The Horus in this clip is accurate after book 49(ish). He is awesome in every way even after the whole event that changed him (false gods... good read). But I don't blame and I cannot dispute any of his actions... Ive read 52 now. I think Horus is an absolute monster now. All Primarks have concern losing to him in everything...except one. This Primark isn't designed to kill but Horus has no chance this particular primark. But He would never attack his brother. Doesn't like war... Avoids conflict because underneath it all he knows he will win. This is a fact... Like an actual fact that this particular Primark finds out later in the books. That's what I love about these books. Horus would never attack his brothers or other legions or humans except for being forced to... I don't want to spoil that story. What you see in this clip is a really pissed off Primark. One that has been lied to (if you call a 40,000+ year old father shielding to his 200 year old son from what he knows ....a lie) and attacked by his brothers. Yes he's a total and utter monster and furious. Horus is furious and everyone is pissed at the emperor. But....ya know!? Its complicated.. These books are fascinating. I can't blame Horace. I don't like killing people but... Tough call sometimes Just know that Horus did not (nor Lorgar) started the heresy. It's one of two Astartes and I can't remember which one but the name starts with an "M" .. or an "E". It happened before the Primarks were born (80% sure). Horus was manipulated because of being such a good leader of men. Btw... Astartes are older than the Primarks. Everything happened on Davin. Also (personally) im too busy to deal in fantasy and I don't read things that are non-value-added... I can't I'm too busy. Folks I'm telling you thesse are absolutely fascinating books written by brilliant writers. Not dorky. Not dungeons and drangons. Not for high school kids. This is excellent adult non-not-cool reading material. I will bet $100 that after the first book you do not put the rest down Is Horus wrong? He's a monster.... But is he wrong? These are fascinating stories and I do not work for Warhammer I'm a regular guy. I just wish Warhammer had more stories about the Eversor (sp). That was fun. I like that lunatic

In this day and age, "popularity" means death for an IP.
Last movie was pretty bad..
@@1IGG you say that but Ultramarines movie was the thing that introduced 40K to me
@@HotLogic1990 That's great, it went all uphill from there. If you haven't, watch the Astartes animated fan films. Those are amazing.
This cinematic already has well over a million views on GW’s official RUclips channel.
Basically this is where Astaertes disappeared to :D Now if they make this into a series on W+ that may actually make it worth it, just slightly ....
It hard to know if it's him, but i too, had a strong vibe from there.
this is not Sayama's work. also this is not being made into a series. purely to promote the next tabletop edition
The scale of this titanic event is hard to comprehend.
Reading the books gives you some indication of the grandeur of the Horus Heressy.
No war fictional or otherwise can compare to it.
Especially the siege of Terra stands out.
Just trying to imagine it all gets me hyped.
The long war of the 40k Universe pales in comparison to this.
exactly how i felt
World of Warcraft theme in the background.
this trailer was better than all the war hammer + animations
Tough call sometimes
Just know that Horus did not (nor Lorgar) started the heresy.
I will bet $100 that after the first book you do not put the rest down
Is Horus wrong? He's a monster.... But is he wrong?
These are fascinating stories and I do not work for Warhammer I'm a regular guy.
I just wish Warhammer had more stories about the Eversor (sp). That was fun. I like that lunatic
I absolutely love your accent. You should do voice overs.
Horus : "Let the galaxy burn !!"
chill : "YEAAAH !!"
hmmm 🤨🤨 is that some heresy in it ??
*about to call inquisitor*
Hey Jack! How are you? I was trying to DM you to see if you're interested in testing the demo of a game I've been developing which I think you would enjoy because of it's cyberpunk aesthetics and also it's somewhat similar to Synthetik, but I can't find a contact email or anything similar. Is there any way to reach out to you to show you the game? I don't want to share it here so I don't come off as "spammy", I'm sorry if this is a bad way to reach out to you but I didn't find any other way :(. Anyways, hope you're doing great! Cheers :)
Hi guys, I don't know much about Warhammer and I have a question.
What is this trailer for?
A video game? A DLC? Miniatures? A ttrpg? Something else? I can't seem to get any straight answers.
It’s specifically a trailer for new minis and a board game, but also a trailer for the book series
GW is great at convincing us through the trailers to keep spending our money on plastic crack
