- I Had a guy message me and told me he had a wrecked GSXR-1000, he wanted to get rid of it to make the wife happy so I went to check it out and we made a deal and it was significantly cheaper than a bike from COPART but the bike was badly wrecked.
In this video I finished assembling it to the point to get it running. I ran into a few issues while cranking it, figured out a few of the injectors were not firing so I had to disassembled them and clean then.

as was said use harpic power plus 10x on the exhaust headers ,paint it on and wash off....might have to do it a couple of times but has great results.

I want to learn how to rebuild so expensive to take it in i have a 2018 gsxr 1000 with seized engine
Unfortunately it could cost a fortune in parts to get that motor running again depending on the damage too

You need to put primer on. That paint is not going to last.
Are you referring to the tank? That’s not paint. I’ll get into that in the next video.

@@andreungerer3531 if you look in the video you can see the can says primer on it, some primers come in colors other than gray. What I didn’t show was the final black coating I did of regular paint.
