@@user-me7mm7gr1p.....not true, im a very experienced drummer and he is my favourite drummer because he is fantastic at all the metal stuff without triggers, and if study ALL his drum parts i find him to be incredibly creative, to me literally the best all round real true non triggers and samples drummer, and hes nearly 50 also! Very physically taxing stuff! I have the utmost respect for Frost.
Its always fascinating when a true artist gives VOICE to their 'creative process' : describing it... giving it a name... Its a nebulous state of being which often eludes definition.
Frost is not only well spoken , but a killer drummer as well. At the time of this interview he was 45 yrs. Old & in great physical shape. I have a massive crush on this classy , sexy , man.

i used to see a bit of conversation on whether he was autistic back in some old forum sites. granted, i have no idea if they were asking with sincere intent or to ridicule or mock him.
Very typical social behavior for nordic people to look shy and act reserved, and think before speaking. So it doesn't necessarily mean that he is on the spectrum. Although he is clearly an introvert.
I appreciate the video, but my suggestion would be to cut it down to a shorter segment to make it more interesting. It's very slow paced and lost me completely mid way. I skipped to when he was talking about veganism instead. Thanks and I look forward to more videos from you in the future.
