I cant find answers online... does an '03 grand am gt have a cabin air filter? Because when I turn on my heat it smells bad. Like horrible. The ac on the other hand does not smell.

This helped so much because I had water getting into my blower and leaking inside the car and the weather guard under the cover was off I guess the guy I got the car from forgot to put it back on but I went and bought that and no more leaks

My GP has over 450,000 miles and I haven’t even thought about this part. Only 3k of the miles were driven by me so I should probably check it.

Not all came with the cabin air filter option. Please check your vehicle before purchasing a new filter.

@@Jeschitown sadly I needed struts all the way around and when I went in to have them installed there was no place to attach the new ones. I was basically 1 pothole away from the rear end falling down onto the wheels. Had to scrap it with just over 460k. At least I got a picture of 456,789 miles on the odometer.

Simple video for a simple 5 minute project! I have an 08 Grand Prix that just hit 50k miles... it looks like this was never done... it was full of debris... not any more!

I've done this. And my blower motor, my blower motor resistor, my actuator, my blend doors and still dont know why I'm barley getting air

If some leaves were left in the housing it can cause the air flow to not be as strong.

How many miles on your car?? Could be the blower motor is going out and needs replaced. My 04 gp has almost 270 thousand miles on it and the blower is still going and making a lot noise along with not blowing that hard. Just going to replace with new blower and cabin filter. They're both pretty damn cheap.

Also you might need the blower motor controler/resistor replaced which is one part all together. Seen on Rock Auto the blower controller/resistor is like $40 and a blower motor is also $40. If you see these comments hope you were able to get your car fixed or if not hope this helps out in whatever you decide.😎🤙

@@BANANAHAMMER420 so I figured it out the day I posted this, someone replaced the blower motor before, that's why I didnt bother changing it, just cleaned it. Found out that they re-wired the power to it. All it was was the polarity was reversed, so I switched the 2 wires around and now it works great!
