About the stingers not locking the Sun, every missile that has "ECCM" in the game has bandMask4 rejected, meaning the Sun, normal Electro-Optical IRCM and the heat signature of rocket/missiles is not visible them.
@@Nottrules Ah yes, I forgot to mention the exception, the R-27T doesnt have the bandMask4 rejection, so it can still see the Sun, what it has and what gaijin calls ECCM is a decreased seeker FOV after lock is acquired. This is also present in all other "ECCM" equipped missiles. In reality, none of these are ECCM, but IRCCM and I have no idea why gaijin uses ECCM. ECCM refers to electronic shielding for example, to reduce the effect of high power ECM pods that could cause the shorting of electronics in the missile.

The F-86 has a system that controls the throttle after the imput of the pilot (i think it's called CPDCV or MFC) and in certain situations the vane trim does not allow for good efficiency so the system injects more fuel for greater power accuracy. I don't think you can bypass this system but in theory the pilot has predefined power levels based on certain specifications just to increase efficiency. I could also be wrong because I read it in two articles from several years ago on the efficiency of blade design and the control of the angle of attack of the blades and its controls. The reason the Italian torpedo boat has two different torpedo sizes, comes down to doctrine. Like other nations, Italy expected to use torpedo boats as raiders. However they also wanted them to be effective against escort ships. The lighter torpedoes normally carried by torpedo boats, while they weren't completely useless against escort ships, it would often still take two or three hits to knock a destroyer out of action. To counter this, Italy provided their boats with a larger torpedo. In theory, this larger torpedo could be used against a destroyer, taking it out of action, while the smaller torpedo was used against the convoy. Since these boats worked in groups of three or four, sometimes five boats, having the odd torpedo complement didn't adversely affect its capabilities.
