Probably my favorite 109, slightly edges out the F-4 just because the engine doesn't overheat as much so you can actually get some altitude at the start. This is probably the first plane where I actually started to feel like I was getting better at the game :D so good memories. edit: Just kidding, I think the G-2 trop is my favorite.
Same here, I was a ground player untill I tried G6, fell in love with it, played it 24/7 untill I got german Hunter then I played that and grinded out entire German Air and became a main air player

More opposing bomber players were still actively trying to help their team win in some way by making multiple trips. Defyn's bomber ally was just flying around at 6km+ doing nothing useful after dropping their bombs. One perfect example, out of many possible examples, showing the difference between a useful bomber player and a useless bomber player. Players that attempt to make themselves useful to their team are more likely to make bigger contributions to a team victory. The bigger the contribution you make the closer your team gets to winning and less of a contribution other players have to make in order for your team to win. This goes for every possible way to win an Air RB match. In this case the collective effort by opposing players taking out tickets exceeded Defyn's effort to win by player kills. Something that the ally B-17 could have helped contribute to by trying to gunship the opposing Do-217s or by continuing to bomb bases themself, or ideally ground targets because going after ground targets is a faster trip to make and drains tickets more steadily than bases. I pin this loss 100% on the friendly B-17 hiding in space not doing anything when they could have been actively trying to help Defyn win in some way. Defyn's team was actually very close in tickets. The 3 opposing Do-217s took the very close tickets and made it a winning advantage with their efforts. Their efforts won their team the game. This is an example of 3 bomber players being the heroes for their team.

you have to set up manual engine controls in the settings. there are a few guides on youtube going over what controls you need and what they do but for a general overview you need to set a key that toggles the control mode between auto and manual then when in game you toggle on manual control and then you can start controlling the prop pitch, fuel mixture, supercharger gears and radiators. depending on the plane you can only control some things and anything that has an automatic setting you have to then toggle those off via their own control key before you can manipulate them. for example all 109s above E series you can control the prop pitch and radiators so in order to control these you have to press your control toggle key and then press keys to turn off auto prop pitch and auto radiator and then use your keys for increase/decrease the values of each. for the most part you can leave the prop pitch in auto mode on 109s as german planes are easy to over rev while manually using prop pitch control except for in niche cases like when below 200IAS or when performing "german air brake"
