Thanks for the video. I don't have this model, I've got a generic handheld that didn't have instructions on how to change (add/remove) the different attachments. The ends are weird but just snap on & off like you did here. :)
What I wanted was charging info. That is at 1:22. Be sure power switch is off. If switch is on it will not charge. Takes about 2 hours for red light to stop blinking- then is charged.
Did you have a hard getting the corner brush on? There seems to be a piece on there blocking it from latching on, and I’m not sure if it’s a defected brush or what.:-(

I really like this product, but the piece that connects the brush heads to the unit is stuck inside one of them and it's hard to remove it. Any thoughts?
Mine is red. It doesn't change colors when it is charged, just turns off. I would just try charging it. Maybe they changed the color on it. Many times if they change something, it is not reflected in the booklet.

Just bought mine 11 months after your comment and I’m facing the same thing. Were you able to remove the brush?
Mine has a green light I read the booklet and it says light should be red? I have tried different outlets as well?
