Good afternoon sir. Thanks for asking a good question. Yes you have specified the correct battery (18650-2.2A) it works, either (Nicd or Li-ion) batteries can be used in this circuit. The charging adapter also works as before (5.0V 1A). The only minor difference is that the charging time takes a few minutes longer. That is not a big problem. If you want faster charging (5v1.5A or 5v2A instead of 5.0V1A) you can use a charging adapter. I think it is not important. Any other queries please let me know. Thanks for watching my channel. hello. nice video but it is incomplete. you have changed the battery but did not add the bms which will be risky to charge 18650 battery. atleast use the bms from the old battery if it is working or else use tp 4056 module. battery protection circuit is a must. you can also extend the usage time by adding another 18650 battery in parallel (i see there is space for another battery).

First of all if you have only one battery then you didn't required any BMS, by using constant current, constant voltage method. BMS is essential only when you have more than one or two batteries are in series.
A charge controller ic is also used in this circuit board, it will prevent the cell from over current automatically adjusted to its charging internal impedance and limit charge & discharge voltages to safe levels. The charging adaptor rating is dc 5.0V - 1000 ma for input supply to the circuit board and regulated constant voltage 4.1V, to the battery.

De acordo com suas informações sobre o depurador Spin que não funciona, não encontrei nenhuma imagem ou demonstração do produto do depurador Spin IPX7 Modelo: GH1001, mas com base no meu pouco conhecimento técnico de reparar alguns desses tipos de depuradores Spin e encontrar soluções para alguns problemas técnicos decorrentes de Estou tentando dar algumas sugestões técnicas para resolver o problema do spin scrubber. Reclamação: acho que pode ser 1) carregador ou 2) bateria.
Se você tiver um técnico de eletrônica disponível nas proximidades, verifique o carregador do purificador giratório que está usando. Se o carregador estiver funcionando, a bateria dentro do purificador giratório precisa ser substituída.
Se você não tiver um técnico em eletrônica disponível,
Se você estiver interessado em repará-lo você mesmo, tente isso.
1) Primeiro, verifique se o carregador está funcionando.
Veja se o indicador de energia acende quando o pino do carregador está conectado e o interruptor está ligado.
O indicador pode estar no carregador ou no purificador de rotação.
Se o indicador não acender, verifique se o carregador não está funcionando.
O carregador necessário (DC 5 volts, 1,5 Amp) ou (5V-1 Amp) ou (5V-2Amp) qualquer um deles servirá. 5 volts deve ser perfeito. Este carregador está disponível em lojas de peças de reposição eletrônicas ou online.
Se o depurador giratório não funcionar mesmo que o carregador esteja bom, a bateria dentro dele precisa ser substituída.
Bateria necessária para isso: 18650 (3,7 volts 2500 mah. bateria de iões de lítio).
Como trocar essa bateria está no vídeo. Dê uma olhada e você terá uma idéia.
Este purificador giratório é tão fácil de abrir que você pode se perguntar em que parte a bateria está dentro.
Se a haste da alça for curta e grossa com cerca de (1,5" ou 3") polegadas, e o soquete de carregamento estiver sobre ela, identifique a bateria. Observe que, se a haste da alça for longa e tiver uma polegada de gordura (1/2" ou 1"), a cabeça for grande e o soquete de carregamento estiver nela, a bateria também estará lá.
Depois de confirmar este parafuso para abrir a parte que contém a bateria
Pode haver adesivos ou uma fina folha de borracha embaixo, onde não é visível onde está fixado.
Se houver uma junta dobrável entre a cabeça e as partes do cabo, abra esse parafuso.
Algumas ferramentas necessárias para repará-lo: 1) pequeno conjunto de chave de fenda
2) Ferro de solda-25 watts.
3) Chumbo ou fio de solda 60/40 mini pacote 10 gramas.
4) Fluxo ou pasta de solda de tamanho pequeno.
5) Alicate de bico pequeno. Essas ferramentas estão disponíveis a um custo muito baixo. Você também achará útil para outros trabalhos de projeto. Nota: Tenha cuidado ao usar o ferro de solda, pois gera calor de até 300 graus centígrados durante o trabalho. Aprenda também a soldar uma vez. Achei a descrição um pouco longa

We replaced the battery which again powered the device but soon as it went flat the item no longer charges, mine is a bit different to this model does not have the circuit board just wires soldered to the battery. Any ideas what could be wrong?

TP 4056 charging module for Li-ion battery.
I found that the original is Ni-CD battery and it is much bigger and longer than the Li-on battery, may be twice of size.
I am worry to replace with Li-on because I cannot find the Ni-cd.
When I watch your video, it is useful then I can buy the cheaper battery.

If you have such a spin scrubber user
First pull back the middle blue colored cap on the top of the head and separate it, then open the six screws around the soft, then open the three screws like the gear box inside and carefully take out the set of gear wheels. Now there is a small metal toothed wheel in the middle which is fixed on the top of the motor soft.Turn it slowly with your fingers. If it is not tight enough, moisten the earbud with a drop of oil and clean the copper bushings in front and back of the motor soft. Now you will notice that the soft rotates freely. Tighten the screws fixing the wheels by slightly tightening then put the head cover and tighten the six screws this way you can fix your spin scrubber very easily.

There is no fuse in this circuit.
Most likely the battery or switch is compliant. First note if the charging indicator lights up when the charging adapter is connected.

Place the old circuit board in your spin scrubber and use the TP-4056 li-on battery charger module near it to supply the 5v dc voltage from the charging pin on the old circuit board through two thin wires to the +ve near the TP 4056 module input. Connect to ,-ve and 3.7v output +ve,-ve should be connected to the battery +ve,-ve based on the marking on the module. Dual side sticker plaster should be used without moving the charging module. Connect to connections.

I will try to tell you how to repair it yourself very easily you can repair.
The broken old circuit board in the same place and use "TP4056 charging module" easily by yourself at very low cost. You can find this module at very low prices in shops that sell electronic spare parts and online. Place this module on top of or next to the damaged circuit board and stick it with the help of glue and stick the old battery wires with the help of soldering iron at the (battery +,-) marks on it, next to the (+,-) micro usb coming from the charger socket. It should be pasted with the help of soldering iron. The motor wires (-) that went to the rotor head should be directly attached to the output (-) indicated on the module and the (+) wire should be attached to the module (+) through the switch. This way it works. A (DC 5volts,1amp) charger should be used for this. If you have any doubts, please comment. wish you all the best.

How to repair gearbox
good morning,
Before opening the spin scrubber gear box, check if the battery is in full condition.
After taking out the blue colored coupler on the front of the spin scrubber head, open the six screws and clean the three gear wheels under the dome cover and the rotar wheel on the middle motor soft, apply synthetic grease and clean the gear box. Can be repaired.
