In the aftermath of a LA residential-neighborhood shootout with armed robbers, a Los Angeles resident, who successfully used a firearm to repel intruders attempting to rob his home, reported that his concealed carry permit was revoked mere days following the incident.
Ricci, who succefully defended himself against armed robbers while walking into his home, told Fox News Digital that the sheriff's office called him Thursday morning to inform him his concealed carry permit was "revoked,".
Many people don't consider this, but after defending yourself from a criminal attack where none of the criminals die, there is still concern about the possibility of them returning out of pure spite.
Surprisingly, the LAPD deems it appropriate to revoke the individual's ability to carry a gun nonetheless.
This is why I harp on getting concealed carry insurance that includes membership benefits, such as USCCA. (➡️ www.mrcolionno...)
While you might believe you are justified and within your rights, situations can arise where a District Attorney or, in this case, the Sheriff's office may be anti-gun and attempt to use your case as an example.
In such instances, you may find yourself spending your own funds to hire lawyers in an effort to reclaim your permit.
By having a USCCA membership, you ensure that legal support is already in place to prevent such occurrences. If, by any chance, you do face legal challenges, the financial burden on your part is reduced, as the lawyers are ready to fight on your behalf.

lol there are thousands of such lawsuits, don't you ever wonder why the supposedly conservative supreme court never addresses any of the lawsuits that are blatantly anti-2A and in clear violation of the constitution? It's because keeping the 2A vulnerable helps manufacture a political divide that the political and business elites manipulate. If these issues were settled at the federal level politicians wouldn't have a carrot to dangle at pro-2A voters while they go about their primary objectives of enriching themselves in their cushy do nothing positions while they have no intention of ever fully codifying and protecting the 2A. Keeping everyone in limbo while 2A rights wither and die in more and more parts of the country is the strategy.

The judicial system is ran by the lawyers who owe allegiance to the B.A.R. Association, not the people. You no longer have rights that are protected by the constitution when you enter court. Your Lawyer is not obligated to you; they are obligated to each other within their law society.
There was some quote of a past political head, like a President or some of the like; maybe even a law somewhere once that I remember that made the practice of “Law” and “Lawyers” banned in the States due to the semantic language and twisting and bending of truths to put them at an unfair advantage to control the entire system despite the balance of power.
Plenty of lawyers in the senate, house, of course in the judiciary, of all states and many more sectors of private and governmental agencies.
Couple that with an uneducated, unmotivated populace that will except anything that provide security to them, or the perception of said security, and exchange for the surreptitious surrender of their rights. Rights that 98% of our population don’t have a clue as to what they truly are, nor do they exercise them or become alarmed when others rights are infringed.

Paying lawyers extortion to MAYBE defend you in the injustice system of æmęrikä is not the solution.
People need to realize that system pigs are damned sure not our friends and they only serve and protect their masters who control the JUST-US system. They're the world's largest and worst cartel enforcers, they're trained attack dogs.
The government does not protect people. Laws do not protect people. The endless and senseless arbitrary laws of man are in place to control people. Period!
"The law" is designed to victimize criminals and criminalize good people. Stuff like this happens because they want to instill so much fear into people even having the slightest notion of being self sufficient and depending on themselves and their community for safety that people will be more afraid of possible legal rammifications for obviously and justly defending their lives than losing their lives to scum bags. That way, crime can get so out of control and society can get so violent that the government can come in and propose more "safety" on us in the form of dystopian, draconian, authoritative surveillance and enslavement. Its called "machiavelianism"; create the problem so you can profit off of the solution through monetary means and/or power and authority.
Whenever everyone is ready to unite and stop tolerating evil is when the solution presents itself. Inalienable rights are called that because the laws of nature which are the laws of god are the only laws that matter.
Any cop that realizes they're enabling evil who wants to toss the badge and join the right side of history, I'll welcome with open arms. Till then, they are all considered threats because as you can see, they will gladly do their job, follow their orders and enforce, detain, arrest or kill you simply by being told who the "bad guy" is. In this case the "bad guy" is the man who defended his family at his home. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF THINKING YOU'RE VIEWED AS THE GOOD GUY.
Quite obviously, the only people laws affect are those who choose to willingly and voluntarily abide by and submit to them

It’s all part of the process of Californication. Californication is a term used to refer to the blend of the word California and fornication. It refers primarily to the haphazard, mindless woke liberal state of mind that has already gobbled up most of Southern California resulting in a nightmare disguised as a dream. Illegal aliens, homelessness, junky zombies, crime, roads and sidewalks paved in human feces, lawlessness all the fruits of this woke nightmare.

Can’t help but agree with your stance on LAPD though and the sheriffs office, but suing them will do nothing. They need to have their badges guns and qualified immunity revoked and be tried for breaking their oath to the constitution and being closer to a gang or terror organization than one that upholds law and order. Just a thought: How many of those at LAPD or lasd do you think are bought and paid for by Mexican cartels?

This is like how "contempt of court" gets used in egregious ways..
Who is anyone to say "I don't like the way you talked to me so I'm going to remove your rights."?
With a judge, that only makes sense when they're disrupting the trial process repeatedly, egregiously, and for no reason.
If someone tells a judge "you're an idiot" that's their first amendment right to do so.
If someone is yelling during the trial constantly, cussing out the victims, etc, and (most importantly) making it so that a trial can't proceed, that's something else entirely.
Nobody should be allowed to remove the rights of someone else just because "I don't like what they said to me. It was disrespectful and it made me mad."
