Loved how detailed you were on this topic. I would love to know more on period after delivery. How long it takes for one to start menstruating again. I started seeing my period after 2 months of delivery but it suddenly stopped and I didn’t do anything to make it stop🌚.
@@DivineWeje The time it would take for one’s period to come back after delivery would vary in different individuals. But the range is between 6-12weeks. However, different factors would also determine this…which includes -bottle feeding or partial breastfeeding -exclusive breastfeeding For your period that stopped afterwards, based on experience I’ll like to think that you weren’t exclusively breastfeeding initially for ur period to have shown up after 2months(because the hormones that causes ur body to produce breastmilk can stop ur body from making hormones that controls ur periods. Therefore, suppressing ur periods) Maybe subsequently you either switched to exclusive breastfeeding or started doing way more of breastfeeding than bottle feeding.
Team extremely painful periods here✋🏾✋🏾✋🏾Found that sugar and cold things worstens the pain too, really wonder what the correlation is. Very informative video as always, need to rewatch to assimilate the information!!
