Thank you Dr Sam for sharing your expertise. There are so many of us learning and improving patient care.
Most Welcome and thank you very much for watching!
I have to remind myself when you say "on the left" to not look on the right side of the screen when comparing. We are so use to the pt's left side of the body being on our right.😂

Hi sir
Hello
❤❤❤❤
Having 2 or 3 ovarian follicles are normal???
Yes, that is normal
What is this sir
Left ovary 3.0×2.5×2.1 cm. Volume8.60ml.
Multiple peripherally arranged immature follicle noted with central echogenic stroma
Weight 44
Mild bilateral ovaries
Ovary volume is normal but the appearance may suggest polycystic ovaries. It is best to consult with your gynecologist.
@DrSamsImagingLibrary ok sir thank you for your information
Thank you Doc! Just a quick question, must the follicles be peripherally arrange as in ring of pearl appearance to confirm pco?
Most Welcome! The peripheral arrangement is a common pattern but is not required for diagnosis. Many women with PCOS may have scattered follicles without the typical "string of pearls" distribution.

Thank you sir
