Thank you Brett for working with Tim and Marty to put these videos out, all three of you have made the guitar way more accessible than it used to be for people to learn on their own. I'll be using these videos while on deployment with a drum machine to keep working on my chops.
Hey your enthusiasm and way of explaining (and slick style) in these videos helped me regain my love for playing and get through a plateau I've been stuck at the last years. Listening to country like you recommended has really helped push my fretboard understanding and technique and I'm digging playing like never before. Thanks dude I really owe you !
Love the approach to teaching. You play awesome, make it easy to understand and you make it totally approachable. I’ve been learning more than I originally think the first go round. Keep it coming. I’m stuck in noodle land and know the next step is a good one. Thanks for filling ma’ head with it.
These lessons just keep getting better and better. I didn't think you could top that last one, but you did. I agree that Tim is as good as they get. Great advice in this video. Thank you Papastache! More lessons like this please! Now it's time for me to practice, or noodle that is! : )
Awesome lessons!, was wondering if you could teach the licks / riffs from "No Bone Movies" played by the one and only great Randy Rhoads from Ozzy's Blizzard Of Ozz..

man that stacking/hybrid picking stuff you do is the golden ticket to the next level. but how long does it take to finally get comfortable with it? And it looks like im seen a bare finger pick on every stacked note is that right?
It is the golden ticket! I love doing it. It doesn't take to long I just started doing it when I did stacking and string skipping and then it just kinda seeps into your playing. Work with it 15 min a day and you'll be surprised how you'll pick it up.
