    What you mentioned with comics being mailed in random boxes with bouncing around and stuff, I remember getting a huge lot of most of Alpha Flight vol. 1 in a package like that. But, they were still in decent shape and with a few keys :)

    I found a new mutants 98 in the last photo of a new mutants lot that featured the second print of cables first app as the front photo and didn’t name the 98 book. Got the whole lot of 8 books for 22.50$ and the Deadpool first appearance is at least in the high 9.6-9.8 range.

    What is the best way to sell over 20,000 comics books? In series or individual? I also have tons of figurines to. I'm disabled so it's hard for me. I'm only selling because I have to pay for my uncles funeral expenses and I was his only family. I'm afraid to be ripped off.

      probably best to call around the local shops and see if someone can do consignment for you. Split what you make. sorry to hear about your uncle.

    • @cloudedjourney

      Good to know! When you bought did you just hope for the best or did you think you were getting the books in the picture?

    • @anotherstateofmind124
      @anotherstateofmind124 7 лет назад +2

      Clouded Journey I hoped for the best. but what i did notice was the seller had fairly good comics as the picture, but had those selling as single issue buys on his ebay page. Keep an eye on this. I hoped he'd throw in a few of the same comic run. nope...all 25 cent comics at best. i gave all mine to my nephew. best to seek out comics through other outlets such as craigslist or local comic dollar bin boxes ( which i have found many great buys). waiting on bogo sales is a good tactic too. just avoid these lots (and note anyone who tries to sell by saying IREALLY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT COMICS ...) Is most likely lieing. with the internet they can get general ideas on selling price in seconds flat.

      Definitely want to support your local shop if you can. Unfortunately not all of us have that option. I'm a 45 minute ferry ride and 2 hr drive from a shop.
