  • G’day, my final project for the year and it is my biggest yet. A kitchen Island bench with overhand for seating. It is all pallet wood, I have used my brick method to create the feature top and side, that has the interlocking edge pieces or giant box joint if you will? It’s been fun, I’ve have tried new things and learnt a lot.
I have also added some links for more Aussie makers down below. Go check them out and throw some support their way 🤙

@@dainermade G'Day! First, you're very welcome. Second, you can really Thank your bud @jespermakes he was the one I started watching and he mentioned You as his mentor and inspiration so I HAD to chk you out! 🤗😇😉😅😅😅 And third, Calmer Would be better for all. You were so calm back in the day, but I understand the pressures of performance, attention spans, and comedic timing....just be MARK Freakin Dainer and the rest will line up for you.
I don't have the space to Do woodworking just yet, but I hope to be able to. I'm gonna start with upcycling furniture and then work my way to SOME of what you all do. As a woman, entrepreneur, and Christian I have to do what GOD Gives me first, then see if I can incorporate other things as I go along. 😉😇🙋🏾‍♀️☝🏾
But the keychains are definitely on my list, as I have my own online business that I'm working towards revamping and relaunching. If you know of or can keep an eye out for engineers who know about sustainability I'd love it if you'd let me know. Incorporating sustainability into Gospel Sharing is what I'm about. Teaching the church how to utilize THIS instead of disguising Begging as a "Donation Request" ("If you send a "donation" of XYZ, we'll send You this Book, Napkin/Handkerchief, or some other trinket....) you know the speel...😅😅😅😅 GOD Is NOT Pleased, that's NOT What JESUS DID Nor Taught the CHURCH, and I intend on changing it back!! Didn't the story of JESUS WHIPPING The Money Changers mean anything the first time round?!?!??? 🤔🤨 HE'S Coming back...and this time HE'S Gonna do More than just Whip Folks!!
Apologies for this extended reply, but GOD Has HIS reasons for things.
Last part, do you watch/Like The BLOCK???? I ABSOLUTELY LOVE That Show!! More AUS than NZ, But also the older episodes BEFORE The Producers turned it into a Full On Soap Opera for Construction!! 😅😅😅😅😉
Hopefully that got your attention back...All the best to you Mark, from Qnsland. I'm from Queens, NY.
CHEERS MATE!! Good On Ya! G'Day to ya...TNT!! (Til Next Time) #7DEEP

Those were an awesome idea, they look great, but Vic would back me up that in Aus/Brit English it's 'rebate', a rabbet is the American version. (Not like I can talk, I correctly have been pulled up using 'lumber' recently which again doesn't mean wood unless you are in the States). Thanks for another shoutout, that thing is a beast. Hi Mark thank you so much for making all these videos it's going to help me hugely. Forgive me for being stupid but can you please explain how I straighten the lengths of pallet timbers that are not straight and also is it possible to join timbers Edge to Edge or should it always be face sides to face side thanks Mark
