I started going to a furniture making course a year or so ago and one of the first things he said was there's no right way to do anything as long as it achieves what you were wanting.
Hello my friend. It is very nice to realize different projects from pallet boards. You know this job. Wooden benches look beautiful. The result is really good. I watched with admiration. inspiring works. Thank you for sharing. Congratulations. Great greetings.....

@@dainermade Absolutely, what you did is beautiful. See you. thanks
I am sooo envious of the "scrap" timber you guys find in pallets over there! We get nothing but rough pine in ours in the UK. Stunning looking benches fella, that poly finish really does make those colours pop. Great job.
Good morning from Tennessee. Love the projects you're doing. I work with nothing but reclaimed wood from pallets or fallen trees. Awesome work on those benches
your lines are so tight on these - love the process and the finished pieces - as for technique: we all use what we have: materials, tools, knowledge, budget - and if it gets the job done why should anyone throw shade at you? you do you brother and keep the vids coming!!!!
Very nice, I too over engineer things. I live in Florida and always want things to make it through a hurricane, lol. I build ALOT out of pallets as well. Keep the videos coming.
Good on ye mate stick with what works for you because your projects are absolutely stunning, I hope the customer are paying you what you deserve as that's a tun of work these projects most take a hell of a time. ⌚😁
Its funny mate, Ive learned a lot working/up-cycling for this Bench for my brother and I tell you what I got the right hump having to do all that extra work that I see you do, I said fuck that - I just sent each piece through the thicknesser so I had a good glue face fucked off any thought of parallel etc, any boards that were bananas I just clamped them to the other boards bringing them inline - guess what, worked a treat, then planed PAR and saved me hours of work! I'm still learning what BS RUclips taught me mate - like trying to unlearn it! 😂

I've just stumbled across your channel, possibly my new favourite 👍 You've got a propa workshop with propa mess like the rest of us haha Keep up the good work 😁🇬🇧
Mate, every project is magnificent. They looked amazing, and i mean that. They came up spectacular and I hope you got some decent $$ afterwards because it really looked high-end. I would die a happy man if my projects looked like yours. Keep it up!
@@dainermade Trial and error is the name of the game with reclaimed wood, but it looks like you've unlocked the secret. You make it look effortless. Thanks for the kind words, I appreciate that but you sir, are an inspiration.
Fire Trucking amazing mate, I adore this design and the colour spacing. I was watching the bench in the background and waiting, waiting, waiting... until temptation won. At least you used a towel 🤣 Where was the gratuitous pool shot?! Could use some Lime Green I thought but otherwise perfect.
Great build, there will always be someone who knows better and when they make anything its bigger stronger better sadly youtube is a great platform for idiots who can drop a comment and scroll on by,keep doing what your doing it works and that is what matters
Hola! 🖐Those benches look really, really good👍I don't fall into a right way/wrong way of doing things. I'm more of a did it get built kind of guy. This is mostly due to having zero formal training and building "on the fly". It works for me and if it works for you, keep it up my friend. Take care and have a good one, Adios! 👊
This is really coop, wish we had more options than just pine. But curious if you could put the extra supports (running the length of the bench on each side of the legs) into the bench, rather than just o/under to get the same support and hide them more.
I love working with reclaimed materials...makes me feel good inside, but also it's FREE! That was a nice big plank of red cedar...is there a story about where that came from?
That is some real craftmanship. I did notice a safty issue you are crossing yor arms on the chop saw. I used todo the same thing until the day i saw my friend cut his left arm of. He had a 19 hr surgery to reattach his arm. He was out of work for a while. Please be careful just looking out for you. Again the benchs are a work of art. Oh i look forward to your next video
Hi Dainer, greetings from Perth. I have a helical Hare & Forbes thicknesser which always gives me snipes. Do you get snipes with the Dewalt thicknesser? Thanks for showing your great projects and for inspiring so many people. Well deserved 100k subs mate. Cheers! Leo
@@dainermade allright, that seems reasonable. Thanks! I also make furniture from pallet wood, but dont have all the machines yet to build something like this.
@@dainermade true, only the big difference is the time. So my next purchases will be a tablesaw, new mitresaw and a planer. Do you have recommendations for a planer?
Fantastic work as usual, but damn I would like to know where you find those "pineless pallets", not out the back of Bunnings that's for sure. Cheers from envious me.
@@dainermade I have scored around 100 pallets from Bunnings over time and have never yet been lucky enough to come across a hardwood pallet yet (never mind merbau). Perhaps it is a geographical thing? Then again I suppose they are the first things to go and I can't get up there as often as I like as it's a 100k round trip. If you ever see what's on those merbau pallets I would be interested in knowing what it is, it may give me a clue as to when to go. (Maybe it's merbau that comes on them and the pallets are made from rejects, that wouldn't surprise me).
@@dainermade thank you so much for your reply brother. Here in india we have access to only pine (which you've addressed) and I'm really struggling to get my boards 100% square with my poor table saw fence. Your videos are inspirational mate, you're what we call a Guru around here ;)
