    I love your advanced level pilate workouts! I love the range of Pilates movements you include, I hope that you create some more soon as I’ve already repeated most of these workout many times😂 would love to see more core exercises included to.

    Loved it but could definitely go more advanced! More cardio and longer holds would make it more intense.

      Try the March MATness video. Pilates is not really about cardio so you will not really find a lot of cardio within a good Pilates workout. You can also try the standing classes, they are more intense on your full body.
