Tomas Valainis yeah i find that interesting that 500hz is also what you use for your g602. I dont have one i actually have a g700s but 500hz is better and smother, tracking wise on my 9hd. I wonder if their sensors are related either way i use 400 dpi in counterstrike. I can understand the mouses capability in other settings with higher dpi. This mouse the Mx master looks to be a good fit for multimedia purposes such as video, photo, and music editing. Since you can put custom settings for 2 scroll wheels. If it has macro capability you can switch what you are affecting with both wheel or one on the fly.

The MX Revolution was amazing. I used to own one while I didn't do video editing it was great for general use. It had a horizontal scroll wheel and that I think would feel better than the MX Master. That was the greatest mouse I've ever had though

Microsoft mouses are good. I dont know model number or anything else that i picked it up from some store for 20€ and there came Duracell batteries in box. Im not heavy user but those duracells have lasted now 1 Year and 3 months.
I've been rocking the microsoft mouse for so long and I'm currently using it now. As a student, its the best mouse you can ask for. portable and easy to use. i bring it in my backpack everywhere i go.

G602 for me, those MMO mice are kinda neat but not nearly enough of a thumb rest. (also its useless for me as it appears like you'd hit the buttons too often in a first-person game)

The scroll wheel started free scrolling in under a week, I can't keep it from scrolling all the time up and down :/ Kinda disappointing for a 100$ mouse. It's apparently a common problem with these... I'm definitely getting that money back...
If you want a durable mouse, avoid the MX Master at all costs. Bought one in January 2020, thumb button broke in September 2021. In fact you can comfortably avoid all Logitech products, I have button problems with my G800 keyboard and all 3 of my M500 mouses left click got broken after a year. (I know I am stupid to still give a chance on this rubbish brand)

Piotr Bodera Mine connects perfectly every time and generally stays connected. It's the choppiness when using it (more evident on my external 4K monitor it seems like) that totally ruins the experience. It's so frustrating to use. I misclick things all the time.

I bought this mouse around the time this video came out. It is great but I have started to have problems with it caused with my technique of delicately pressing on the bit that sticks out on the left with my right thumb. So far unable to get a screwdriver (type star five) to take it to pieces, I have had to learn to hold it without my thumb pressing on it. However the learning curve to find this out was long and this information might help someone else!
Wow! That feature allowing for copy paste between devices is awesome! Does it have a dongle for Bluetooth-locked work PCs? Right now I'm using the left hand to control this PC's mouse and the right hand to control the other PC's mouse... But for the purpose of controlling two PCs simultaneously you do need two separate mice as it's not practical to have to flip that switch every time you need to control one or the other.

How does that middle scroll wheel click+hold down feel? I'm looking for something that does not require too much pressure to click/hold middle wheel (3d arts / blender3d ) I'm currently using a logitech m705 marathon (1 year same battery charge! O_O good stuff) but you start to feel it after 5 hours and it does not fit my hand that well (im 6'2"). The pressure to make it click is about 24oz. Im looking to half that. Is the middle wheel click as soft as the index click?
I never see left handed people use mice on their left hand. It makes no sense either because even if the mice was on the left, the entire keyboard layout is maximally designed to be used with... the left hand
The main reason I got this mouse was so I could assigned the horizontal scroll to the volume control. I'm always changing the volume when gaming and it's awesome to do it just by using the scroll wheel while in-game. One of the best purchases i've made for my pc.

FSXgta all the g series are a lot smaller.. im using the old g500s and that is still small for my hand. I would love a cross between the size and shape of the MX series and the g series mice.
Lord Krigarjonas Go for a Logitech G700 or a G600. I have both and love them both. The G700 has a lot of the same functionality as this MX Master, and is usually on sale a lot cheaper.
You should do a review of the OnePlus 10,000 mAH power bank that just came out on their website. It's only $15 and you don't need a invite to buy it. Plus it's 3x the battery life of the One.

I don't understand what's so good about this series of mice... the price is crazy. Also, similar to what he said about that thumb wheel... once you use a mouse with four, six, or twelve buttons on the side... you can't go back.
I'm rocking a cheap £10 Tecknet M002 mouse from Amazon. Looks good, always works, is comfortable to use and the battery life is insane. What more could you want from a mouse? :)
If I'm going to spend 100$+ on a mouse it would be the Logitech Proteous G502 and thats only 60$ It seems that with this the only real advantage is the side scroll wheel and ergonomic design, the G502 has adjustable weights and is a much better performer all around imo.

I've had this mouse for about 5 years. It was great, but in the last few months, the thumb button has broken. As a mac user, having that button and allowing for gesture controls was a huge benefit.

Yeah true, they to that on sport cars, but also any other car in general. Like when designing a new Prius. Any way, the Revolution also had a sealed in battery, And it had a pretty fair time of usage per charge. After watching your review, I bought the MX Master. I have to admit it is a great mouse. However, I think that the only really outstanding thing about it is the possibility to customize all the buttons on a specific basis to each program. In my preferences the number 1 non-gaming wireless mouse has been and still is the Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000 v1.0

Yo, MKBHD, if you wanted a feature rich browser with mouse gestures and keyboard shortcuts to go along with your set up, I highly recommend Vivaldi browser. Way better than Chrome, and a real power user browser!
hahahahah, when he was clicking the button to switch between different inputs, then moved the mouse, i could very easily see the input lag on the screen, i shall forever be using a wired mouse.

The Logitech G5 also has side-scrolling: the scroll wheel at the top tilts from left to right. Works well.

G602! Play at 400dpi in CS:GO and it feels almost or is as good as a wired mouse :D Macros are nice, use some for mic, use and other things

It's not a gaming mouse. I would reccomend the Logitech G series for gaming :) i use g402
FSXgta all the g series are a lot smaller.. im using the old g500s and that is still small for my hand. I would love a cross between the size and shape of the MX series and the g series mice.

Lord Krigarjonas Go for a Logitech G700 or a G600. I have both and love them both. The G700 has a lot of the same functionality as this MX Master, and is usually on sale a lot cheaper.

I'm really disappointed with the Logitech MX Master 3S - it’s honestly the worst mouse I’ve ever used! Complete garbage!
I'm rocking a cheap £10 Tecknet M002 mouse from Amazon. Looks good, always works, is comfortable to use and the battery life is insane. What more could you want from a mouse? :)
If I'm going to spend 100$+ on a mouse it would be the Logitech Proteous G502 and thats only 60$ It seems that with this the only real advantage is the side scroll wheel and ergonomic design, the G502 has adjustable weights and is a much better performer all around imo.
Nice. Had not heard about this till your video. Love that it has unified 2.4 AND bluetooth with 3 device memory. Design looks sweet. How loud are the right/left clicks?
I've had this mouse for about 5 years. It was great, but in the last few months, the thumb button has broken. As a mac user, having that button and allowing for gesture controls was a huge benefit.
If this had a scroll ball it would be on my desk right now
Sadly, it doesn't neither do any mice these days so I have no incentive to change the 8 year old Mighty Mouse

Yeah true, they to that on sport cars, but also any other car in general. Like when designing a new Prius. Any way, the Revolution also had a sealed in battery, And it had a pretty fair time of usage per charge. My bet is that the Master is no different there :) Maybe I will buy one to, my MX Performance is a bit worn out,

Is it still have those split second delay? I'm using macbook pro and so far, I cannot found any mouse that SYNC better than the magic mouse itself.
i just bought the mx master 3 and it was working great for two months. but now the gesture button as well as all of the other shortcut keys don't work now.
i can still move the cursor and click, but every other button is completely unusable. no idea what is going on with the mouse.

This mouse has a middle button or not? cause i bought it and dont want to break it xD software says it has it, but i didn't saw any reviewer which would use it or I didn't feel that there is a middle button on the mouse (however i am very gentle with it, so maybe i need to push it harder)
After watching your review, I bought the MX Master. I have to admit it is a great mouse. However, I think that the only really outstanding thing about it is the possibility to customize all the buttons on a specific basis to each program. In my preferences the number 1 non-gaming wireless mouse has been and still is the Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000 v1.0

Yo, MKBHD, if you wanted a feature rich browser with mouse gestures and keyboard shortcuts to go along with your set up, I highly recommend Vivaldi browser. Way better than Chrome, and a real power user browser!

hahahahah, when he was clicking the button to switch between different inputs, then moved the mouse, i could very easily see the input lag on the screen, i shall forever be using a wired mouse.
