This is super helpful for someone who’s considering moving to Houston . I appreciate you taking us on the trip with you, as well as including prices, which I think it’s very important.
I currently live not far from the first set, going closer to Montrose. Not an apt community or large size multi like these, I gave up on the thin, shared walls after Camden greenway lol, but I currently pay 1150 (after two rent increases) and have a pool, in a super quiet small complex, although I’ve been here a minute😅. I would say it’s safe over here, I walk around my area at night and early morning and haven’t had any vehicle issues around me I did really like the second complex, second unit too, the first one there felt a bit tight because of the layout imho. Closets are muuuch nicer than the upper Kirby, that was insulting for the $ imho. But at the end of the day I would personally choose the one that is closer to work, because traffic remains a problem in both areas 😂
Thank you fo much for that feedback! $1,150 is definitely a GREAT price lol especially these days. I agree with you too! I ended up choosing where I would feel the safest (based on community security measures), the commute, and really the quality of the apartment. Overall I'm just trying to keep in mind this is a temporary place for me until I found my home home, ya know? Lol, I am happy with my decision!

You’re so welcome!
I ❤ every single one of those apartments 😍 and they all have washers and dryers too. Where do I sign. 😂
I love the windows of the 1st one and the size of the second one. They’re both super nice.
Yes! They both have things that I really like. 🙌🏽
This quality though 🔥
Both of the places you looked at were amazing 👍🏾👏🏾🤗

I like it! I’ve been here since 2017. Overall it’s been a great experience. Crime has gone up a tad bit since I first moved here though 😅
