- I was on a hunt for a luxury apartment in Houston and I documented most of my tours to help others who might be looking to move but aren’t able to travel and tour.
In this video I will be taking you guys on TEN tours, I will be showing you the units as well as amenities such as the gyms, pools and common/ lounge areas. The first portion of the video is more of a vlog before the real work of touring began.
I was a bit picky while trying to find an apartment, I needed one with a kitchen island, bath tub, lighter wood finish and so on. Hope you guys find these tours helpful!! Stay tuned to see how the decor for the apartment I eventually chose.

This was extremely helpful! There arent many apartment tours in Houston on youtube. I checked all places and as expected many reviews mentioned car break ins. Its unfortunate this a thing in Houston that we have to deal with. Im in the memorial area and looking to move once my lease is up. I hope you found your ideal place!

@@chidinaya8548 Yes! The rates are good, but the noise, not so much. The apartments are surrounded by a post office, a produce company and townhomes are currently being built. It may be more quiet, if you live on the "inside", like the even numbers, but if you're facing the parking lot or the street, the sounds are endless.

Are there any older apartments that are well kept and not closed in like hotels? I never did like apartments that are made like this.
I didn’t check older apartments I was actually focused on this kind of apartments but yes there are some that are not closed in

I hope you didn’t go with the Flats. There’s so many problems. 😂 Pool is always getting shut down, no package lockers anymore so it’s delivery service only, parking garage gate keeps getting busted. It’s a mess. Lol

What was minimum lease term? One year? I wonder if there are any luxury ones for $1200 one bd rm
For most I think it’s maybe 9 to 12 months. Not sure but I was interested in long lease terms

Hi I loved all the Alta’s, Alta Washington, West Alabama and Alta River Oaks (this was more pricey though). High Point Uptown was a definite no!

The rent ranged from like 1600- 1900. Most of the apartments had deals so if prorated it brought down the cost till 1700
