Ladies, please, please , do not use so much money in rent, save up, clean up your credit and buy. It's better you are stuck in a rundown apartment then save up and buy. Do not spent more. Than 800 on a rent .
just to clear up some things!i honestly want a house, I really dont want to rent!But ill explain since i know some people will wonder why pay so much in rent to not own it. so my timing sucks no matter what. when i wanted to buy 12 years ago my income was a NO! lol then when i had good income my credit wasnt good,my credit didnt get good no matter what i tried, until 2018,then after finally having both credit and income right,the pandemic hit and i was pregnant and not working! so with these lenders wanting 2 years income i was stuck with just renting. i hate it here !
You're a fighter You're resilient and strong. You're such an inspiration and don't even know it. I throw in the Towel fast especially when I got my chase bank hacked and they still can't figure out who did it. I lost everything now I'm staying with someone but I can't even move about freely because the other family member don't like me 🙄 There's days I wanna quit over all but I'm slowly picking up the habit to pray even tho its mad weird and awkward and I feel like praying don't even do shit 😂. I still try. Wish you nothing but the best ❤
I would do a duplex, triplex, fourplex or small house with a small yard, if I had the money. I know most people want to live in large multi apts. I am not a fan of anything over 4 apts, but thats me.
im usually the same, but i would have to figure out lawn care, independent land lords,and getting all utilities together,and the good homes here go very fast,you also have to cough up $5000,to $8,000 upfront and didnt want to.this also very convenient for my needs.
You should rent a house. It’s cheaper than renting an apartment. Plus you and Pheobe would have SO much space and privacy. You don’t have to buy a home just yet but renting a home makes more sense financial wise. I’m renting a 3b/2b for $1900 in Pearl land. Nice family neighborhood
Do you mind sharing the name of the place downtown with the booty short experience? 😂 I’ve looked at a few places DT and don’t want to end up in a place that feels like a dorm. I was close to signing a lease at Camden downtown, but took note of the resident behavior and promptly cancelled my lease before signing 🥴
Lol okay… I loved the units and finishes there, but I refuse to feel like I’m living in college again 😭. I don’t know if you’re still looking, but Ellison Heights has a 2Br/2ba corner unit with a lot of windows. Absolutely beautiful units and very spacious. Top notch appliances and the finishes are amazing. I’d lease there, but I don’t love the heights area for myself personally.
