A lot of others. Felons can vote in many places. Just not when they're incarcerated. Florida is one of the few where they can lose the right permanently.
Right on Colion. It is already against the law to assassinate anyone. It is already against the law for a felon to possess a firearm. It is already against the law to cross state lines for the purpose to commit a felony. It is already against the law to trespass. What new law would keep a determined person from breaking laws already on the books? NONE. It is all about rendering us that obey the law defenseless against law breakers and the lawless in government.
It was an illegally acquired gun with the serial number ground off. I swear these people who’ve never purchased a gun think it’s as easy as buying a loaf of bread.
I ran into the worst example of it in a book I read a while back. The character was a New Yorker, came to Arizona, walked into a gun store, slapped cash on the counter, and then "legally" walked out 5 minutes later with a pistol without so much as a background check. I pointed out in my review that the author REALLY needed to actually research gun laws, because none of that could actually happen, for SO many reasons. I recognized, too, that she's been totally indoctrinated by the leftist media into believing that's how it actually works when it's a total fantasy. The only way ANY individual is slapping cash down and walking away with a pistol without a background check is if they're buying the gun through illegal means. The profound ignorance that abounds out there about the laws that are currently on the books is staggering.
The update earlier today from law enforcement said that it was an SKS with a scope and the serial numbers obliterated. Not an AK-47. Bad choice for a rifle to make a long range shot with. The 7.62 x 39 is not exactly a long range round.. Probably a Chinese Norinco SKS with a scope mounted on the cover plate rattling around.
Seems like I recently saw some illegal immigrants ( Venezuelan gang members) taking over buildings in Colorado carrying firearms, I don't think they can legally purchase them which law prevents that.
the real back story should be how the Secret Service dropped the ball again poor perimeter patrolling when the guns are pointing at the person you are protecting you have already failed.
Colion, love your content, keep up the good work. I admit that I am a convicted felon and will never own or possess anything to do with a firearm. That being said; I have some ideas on how some of these policy pushers can get a better grip on the mindset of criminals. 1: Go “under cover” and actually work as a corrections officer inside a housing unit. 2: Well… I guess I only have one idea. It just completely blows my mind that anyone would consider that any policy has even stoped or prevented any crime. I mean, come on! WAKE UP PEOPLE! Nothing and I mean NOTHING will stop a criminal from doing what they want to do especially when jail or prison is an acceptable side effect to a lifestyle that they freely choose. I’ve made those choices before 😶 Thank you for reading this, God bless.
I asked 2 questions. First, how'd he get a firearm with the amount of fun ins with police? Second, how did the Secret Service see a barrel of an AK at the distance the shooter was at?
Simple real life examples. When the prohibition of alcohol happened did one person not get a drink they wanted? Answer, no there was no shortage of alcohol. Our government has been fighting a war against drugs for decades now. Is there anyone who can't get whatever drug they want whenever they want?. Those two examples relate to chosen lifestyle and they couldn't be stopped. Ability to defend yourself and family is not a lifestyle choice.
A convicted felon with how many felonies? Why was he still out and not in prison. Maybe instead of going after guns, we should have a good look at our judicial system not letting convicted felons with dozens of felony conversations out on our streets

Not complying with laws is a prerequisite to being a criminal.
It is almost like they are easy to predict with the same BS over and over again.
It’s so terrifying and upsetting that people really think it’s acceptable and ok to attempt to take someone’s life all because they hurt your feelings. It’s so unfortunate that this is the world we live in.
Bingo. The new normal.
They used to be locked away in mental asylums.
The world has always been like this. It's just more prevalent with social media. Nothing really abnormal.
Its the dangerous pharma pills they use daily.
Criminals used to get locked up! Now they get thrown back into society to victimize more people! What message does that send to those who don't give a sh-t about laws?
The brains on these anti gun people
They have none.
What brains? They make the mamas from those yo mama jokes look smart.
Yeah and was in a armed standoff in 2002 with a machine gun....and yet didn't get put in prison, but if my sht is 15.9" with no tax stamp.....25 years.
2002! Wasn’t the “Assault Weapon” ban in effect during that time. 😂
Is that what the WMD charge is from? The machine gun?
@@devloncowart2643 yep
Lol he has that Maoist privilege.
@@devloncowart2643 Yes!! We went into Iraq looking for machine guns....I swear calling a machine gun a WMD is ludacris.
The weapon he used was not bought at a gun store, the serial number was filed off, so she needs to close her mouth. Criminals do not care about laws.
Doesn’t this prove the laws she wants don’t work?
Routh did not buy this rifle, his handlers handed it to him in a clandestine hallway in an abandoned warehouse. Who is Routh working for, which agency?
Probably Trump.

Sounds like this woman shouldn’t have any firearms or armed security.
Dan Goldman, a representative of New York has openly called for Trump to be eliminated. Absolutely amazing.
"Goldman"? What team is he on?
He should be in prison for saying that. If it was Harris he would be
Shall not be infringed!
Shall not be infringed. 2A forever. Good work Colion.
Once again well said and done as always. Thank you
We need to get you in office man! God bless!
Its against the law to commit murder. Guy didn't give a shit.
How did this guy know where Trump would be? Trumps schedule is NOT public knowledge..
I was wondering this too
Not only is his schedule not published , but my understanding is that the golf visit was itself unscheduled. My only conclusion is that there is a rat in Trump's team.
@@Vorpal_Wit orrrr the USSS
I would bet the CIA was behind this. I have no certain knowledge of this, but it sounds like something it would do.
Someone in the Secret Service maybe?
Massive failure of the ones that should be on top of things !
A felon in possession of a firearm is supposed to be an automatic ten years in prison.
Well said, Sir.
Restrictions on firearms for law abiding citizens don't stop those with ill intent from commiting crimes.
It only emboldens them.
Cause they make their victims EASY TARGETS
Also, the dude - who is a Hawaii resident - voted in the 2024 primary in North Carolina. WTF?
Republicans LOVE to vote illegally 😂
But but but the laws should have stopped this guy like an invisible force, who was not even legally able to own firearms. In the words and voice of Dr. Evil, "Initiate more guns laws, the first ones didn't work!!!"
You just dismantled the disarmament agenda guise of “crime prevention and safety” 😂. That’s exactly why they don’t want to debate the issue. Quite funny too foreigners will pop up in here too saying places like the UK, Australia, Canada are so “safe” 😂 meanwhile they were being shipped off to camps cause they had their populations disarmed.
Oh so that's why he had a Gun with the serial Number filed off..
She is the picture next to the definition of Insanity in the dictionary.
What the hell is a "bleeding-heart warmonger liberal"?
Moms Demand Action sounds like a movie that would be hidden behind a curtain.
Maybe they wouldn’t be so uptight if they did.
SSDD with these people they don’t want people safe they want power
He also was arrested many times had a WMD charge but wasn’t on a no fly list. Just flying all over the place.
He backed/gave money to the Commiecrats. They'd never try to restrict him...
Air American doesn't check the no fly list.
That felon is registered to vote.
How did that happen?
How many others?
A lot of others. Felons can vote in many places. Just not when they're incarcerated. Florida is one of the few where they can lose the right permanently.
Right on Colion. It is already against the law to assassinate anyone. It is already against the law for a felon to possess a firearm. It is already against the law to cross state lines for the purpose to commit a felony. It is already against the law to trespass. What new law would keep a determined person from breaking laws already on the books? NONE. It is all about rendering us that obey the law defenseless against law breakers and the lawless in government.
Another criminal broke some laws?!?!? NO WAY!!!!! 😯🤯
Thank you C.N. You are one of the smartest people about gun laws and politics that I have seen. I appreciate the information.
Thanks again for pointing out the hypocrisy
Way to bring out the truth, again. Thank you
My rights do not depend on the actions of crazy people.
Exactly. It's bcuz of the crazies we need our rights even more
Cool. Calm. And collected. Awesome delivery and excellent counterpoints.
Thanks Colion
Colion, ty for your stance & your RUclips feed!
They just will not admit it, criminals do not care what kind of laws are on the books. Criminals will criminal as they please.
They really won’t. According to them Ted Bundy would have stopped if someone had just told him rape & murder was bad.
HMMM... She also doesn't know that the SKS, not an AK-47 with a scratched out serial number was an easy buy for this guy...
Well said, Colion, thank you.
Criminals are known for a very, very obvoous fact that they are also called law breakers for a damn good reason.
Everything is an AK or AR to these people.
How all those gun laws working out for ya.
Thanks for the hard work that you do to keeping us informed.
Seems like I recently saw some illegal immigrants ( Venezuelan gang members) taking over buildings in Colorado carrying firearms, I don't think they can legally purchase them which law prevents that.
No you didn’t. Figment of your imagination. The party has said so.
Or do you want to end up in room 101?
Truly appreciate you Colion! Keep fighting for us!!
Well well well…
the real back story should be how the Secret Service dropped the ball again poor perimeter patrolling when the guns are pointing at the person you are protecting you have already failed.
Bloomberg”s favorite call girl
Yes it is exhausting 😮💨
The assassin is a "Social Justice Warrior."
You Go Sir, You Go, Thank you for your wisdom!!!!
I seen the report and yeah. the guy had a record and yet gotten a weapon.
So, we're supposed to turn over our safety to the same agencies that are failing at their current missions?
These mamas need to go find some action, maybe if they had a life they wouldn't be so concerned with controlling everyone elses. Nice work Colion!
100% correct
Thank you for the exposé, Colion. Shannon is either about as sharp as a bowling ball, or else a poor liar and a fanatical gun-grabber.
I’ve made those choices before 😶
Thank you for reading this, God bless.
So the next step would be for her to say that the laws failed this man...and that he shouldn't do any time because of it. Watch....
nice pfp
He is just misunderstood. The system left him no alternative.
I asked 2 questions. First, how'd he get a firearm with the amount of fun ins with police? Second, how did the Secret Service see a barrel of an AK at the distance the shooter was at?
Can't believe how good this turned out!
Wow. Really WTF
Breaking news!! Insider trading and treason is illegal😢
Beautifully said. Thank you. Even though they won't listen but it still feels great to hear it. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
Great job!
Question still stands. Who told him Trump was going to be there. Sounds like inside information.
The "Law" is more what you'd call *GUIDELINES* than actual laws.
It was an SKS that was used, which are legal to own. Routh crossed state lines with it and destroyed the serial number.
Yep. I saw video of LEOs putting rifle in a box and I thought, "that's not an AK47..."
Amen brother!!!!!
She gets on my nerve
You all would have to be a fool to believe that a criminal would follow some law that she made.
A convicted felon with how many felonies? Why was he still out and not in prison. Maybe instead of going after guns, we should have a good look at our judicial system not letting convicted felons with dozens of felony conversations out on our streets
Exactly bro!
What! That would show some sanity!!!
