Hi and thank you for your interest and support !! I recommend one tabata a day every day of the week if possible but 4 or 5 tabata a week is fine. In addition to the tabata try to run once or twice a week and do some abs when you can Varies with 1 day 1 traumatic tabata (jumps) and the next day 1 non-traumatic (no jumps) At your disposal for any questions😉😃🏋️♀️🏋️♀️🏋️♀️
