      @@mattcordellworkout Hi, Matt! I was 99-98 kg when I started your tabata, now I am 90,50-91-50 kg, without any diet but try do not eat bread, cakes and something like that cause I don’t like calculate calories. Anyway, it was very helpful for me.. thank you !!!

    Hey Matt. You had me fooled. At first, I thought that this would be a good session, but you destroyed me. Thanks for the pain and pleasure. We are going into winter now, as I am in the southern hemisphere and as the old saying goes - ''summer bodies are made in the winter.''
    I am committed to make it through winter with you, every morning, except on the Sabbath day. ( No training on Saturdays, the true day of rest.)

    After a few weeks of training with Matts workouts I tried today the 24 minutes Tabata for the first time. Man it's hard, brings you to the limit and you're completely happy when you have finished it successfully 💪💪💪

    Salut Matt quand j’ai fait cet entraînement pour la première fois je dépassais pas les 10 minutes, maintenant j’arrive a le faire jusqu’au bout je suis dans le rouge à la fin mais c’est un vrai plaisir et ça fait bien progresser.

    Those tabatas hiits are great cause they dont increase massively the heart rate so its easier to follow along. Plus they are quite strengthening cause you include a bunch of push ups of all types. Keep up the good work Matt !
