    Exactly the same for C4 Grand Picasso 2009, can be done without removing bumper on C4GP. Thanks for the video!

    WItaj. Jak sie nazywa i po co to jest z tymi plytkami ktore wsadzales ? Ja jedna taka plytke kiedys znalazlem pod autem...nie wiedzialem z czego to gdzies dalem do rzeczy "niepotrzebnych", ale jak tam przez szparę zaglądałem to chyba tylko 1 albo 2 plytki zostaly. Kupie to gdzies ? Ja mam u siebie taki problem...ze jak jest cieplo na dworze, to grzeje sie za mocno i nie slysze zeby wiatrak chodzil. Klima dziala normalnie i wiatrak chodzi. Mam 2.0 HDI z 2002. Jesli jest tak do 18-20 stopni to problem nie wystepuje. Wczoraj grzalem go na postoju i wentylator rowniez sie nie włączał. Pomożecie ? :-)

    I have to do this on my early 2001 307 1.6 16v petrol within the next few days, my fan is completely broken. My fan looks much much smaller than that one though. Does anyone know the actual size of the fan used in the very early models?

    hi bro may i know if when on or off my car ,the fan is still runing around 5-10 minuts ,so that did u have any susgestion ?

    Hi, great video, Where is the Temperature Switch for the radiator fan and how to check if it's working, my 307 is overheating, the fan does't come on and the temperature is rising, but if I turn on the AC the fan works. Any ideas?

      307 does'nt use "usual" temperature switch...it use the pressure switch from A/C...but sometimes it failed to trigger the fan...so if you want change the pressure switch or use the manual temp switch by jumpering the relay cable...

      @@heddywilson8320 I changed the coolant temperature sensor, the one with the green connector, you just put it in and lock it, it doesn't have a thread to screw it in, just a metal ring to lock it. It worked, the fan comes on now. Thanks for replying.

    Hallo, i have Peugeot 307 sw 2002 109 Ps... in highe way the temperature 80 .In the city 95- 100 when I stop on traffic lamp the temperature coming up more than 90 ....after I switch the car off the temperature coming up (115 degree) ... what do you think ???? What's wrong ?
    Is there any problem with thermostat ?

    Hi sir Peugeot 307 sw 2007....i know i have a problem vth my car but when i went to check 4 mechanic and every have tested but they dint found any fault.....and lastly I went to showroom of Peugeot and they did diagnostic for one whole day....atleast they told me the same there no problem in car but why I really dont understand...........Actually it's my car n I know the problem especially when I drive in Highway......."the problem comes when I drive more then 2000 Rpm in highway continuously for around 100km then moteur becomes off and orange moteur light displayed on dash board.....and after 1 hr without any reparation the light on dashboard is gone everything becomes normal....and yes if I drive less then 2000 Rpm then there is no any problem"......So can u suggest me wat to do and whr to consult my problem..?

    I have a problem with temperature, when the gauge is above 90 degrees the fan starts for about 3 second and stop, then starts for another 3 seconds and stop but the temperature keeps rising until the stop light is on...but if I turn on the air conditioner then the fan works fine and keeps the temperature at 100 degrees. What do you think?

      What car do you have? This sounds a bit like faulty thermostat, but the A/C part does not make sense... Let me know what car do you drive and I will look into the details.

      Hi Fernando,
      First of all, the aim of the radiator is to keep the coolant temperature visible on the dashboard closer to 90 degC than to 100 degC. It of course depends on the environment - e.g. city traffic will imply around 100 degC when stuck in traffic jam but on the highway you should have the coolant temperature around 90 degC.
      Secondary, in my car the auxiliary belt connects A/C compressor and the Alternator. Nonetheless in other cars it can also drive the fan. If this is the case for you, then there is a relation between the A/C "on"/"off" position and your fan. Check your Auxiliary Belt (drive belt) and pulleys condition (especially A/C compressor pulley). When you do that, let me know and we will continue brainstorming ideas ;)

    Nie moge sie doszukac na kanale wymiany plynu chlodniczego. Nie wiem gdzie szukac odpowietrznikow. Na termostacie i wezu do nagrzewnicy. Tyle ze ja tego nigdzie nie widze tyle gratow przy dieslu nawsadzane naokolo.

      Jak chcesz tylko wymienic plyn to odkrec korek w zbiorniku, odczep duzy waz na dole (ten od ktorego zaczalem). Sposc wszystko tak jak na filmie i podlacz spowrotem waz na dole. Potem trzymaj gorny waz odczepiony i nalewaj plynu. Ja nie robilem specjalnego odpowietrzania. Poprostu jak zobaczylem ze plyn doszedl do gornego weza to zalozylem go na chlodnice i dolalem do kreski max w zbiorniczku. Potem odpalilem i poczekalem az wentylator zacznie dzialac i pompa rozprowadzi plyn po silniku. Wtedy wylaczylem silnik dolalem do kreski i powtorzylem proces. Przejechalem ponad 15.000 km i wszystko dziala super. Moj model to Peugeot 307 sw 1.6 v16 benzyna.

      Is It Fixed Yet ? Juz sobie plyn wymienilem. Problem jest z odpowietrznikiem na wezu nagrzewnicy. Naet po zdemontowaniu dolotu nic nie widac tylko grzebanie po omacku. Pomoglo to ze to odpowietrznik jest jak nakretka od zaworka w rowerze przy oponie. Trzeba uwazac zeby go za bardzo nie odkrecic zeby nie wypadl bo kto go znajdzie. 4 razy plukalem system. Syf lecial pomimo tego ze stary plyn byl calkiem niezle wygladajacy w zbiorniku wyrownawczym.

      A jak zalales na poczatku plyn i wlaczyles silnik to miales nawiew na max temp kiedy sie wiatrak wlaczyl? Bo wtedy Ci dziala ten obieg z silnika do nagrzewnicy.

    For lazy engineers---->
    If You want to be more lazy, just remove plastic cover (about 1 meter long) over the *bonnet locking system. Then You have easy entrance to those 4 bolts and radiator cable. Then just pull the radiator out and replace whit new.
    *When you take bonnet lockers plastic cover out notice the torx holding peugeots logo. All other fastenings are plastic clips.
    My peugeot is 307 2005 model aswell.
