Great video with some amazing editing! Buffalo National River is a special place. I've kayak camped 253 miles on it this year and can't wait to get back on it. I'm sure the kid will always remember it.
We were just up in southern Missouri. We were going to float part of the White River but it was 100 degrees out and being that I'm not as young as I used to be, we decided against it. Nice to see you in our state. The Buffalo is surely beautiful. Thanks for your awesome videos.
The Lower Buffalo is great! Just watch when you are camping close to the White. If there is rain it can quickly raise the water level. Learned that the hard way.
I just found your channel and I got to say I’ve been binge watching. Love what you do. I just bought a nucanoe unlimited in hazard as a retirement gift to myself. Keep up the good work.
Interesting, have you been told that you are going through difficult rapids in a fishing kayak, and even with a small child and a dog? In many videos, much smaller rapids on the river are passed with great excitement in the soul, and you feel so easy as if it were something ordinary...)
Sorry, seems like we have a language barrier. The outfitter was probably being overdramatic because they're used to dealing with inexperienced, lowest common denominator type floaters.
Awesome trip man! What time of year was this? We tried to float/camp the upper Buffalo a couple of years ago in late May and it was scorching hot. At night it wasn't any better. We ended up crushing the paddle on day two and getting all the way to the take out so we didn't have to spend another night sweating on top of our sleeping bags.
Just a few weeks ago at the beginning of June. It's not like an upper Ozark stream full of springs. We noticed the warmer water temperatures too. I definitely wouldn't want to do this in the full heat of summer!

New favorite video. I can't imagine the upper being more beautiful.
Soon...
Love the cinematography and storytelling. Nice work!
That's what we're here for!
Lucked out on the white being calm that day. You made crossing the white look so easy
It was a pain even if it looked easy! I'm a very strong paddler. The girls didn't enjoy that so much...

We just got off Jack's Fork and spent two days with a heat index around 105. Brutal, but still worth it! Arkansas is the natural state for a reason!
Another solid video!!! That’s for bringing us along!!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
You guys have the best videos!!!!
Wow! Thanks!

Crossing the White was crazy enough!
Already can't wait for the next trip! Maybe the Upper Buffalo? 😊
Let's go!!

Amazing boat, you won't be disappointed! We try to do a video or two every month.
Another Great Video!
Thanks homie!
We have a cabin near Jasper and I'm still kayaking all the time at age 68.
Was doing that float each summer with my brother fifty years ago. Seems like yesterday.
How fortunate to have those memories! I sure hope I can look back and have as many memories and still be at it!
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice. Glad you made it to the Buf
Can't wait to get a video of the upper.

@@OzarkMediaCo This is a good reason for me to learn English, Google translator can’t handle it..
Did this trip this year but in late July and the water was not flowing that well. What time of year did you guys go?
This was early June. Regardless of the time of year have to be glued to those gauges while you're planning the trip!
