Those round things in the back doors arent parking sensors but magnets to attach to the side of the vans body to keep the doors fully open and oit of the way.
Perfect van for my construction business don’t need all the luxury gadgets that make most cars have nowadays and make them way to expensive. The average contractor just need a vehicle to help get the job done
Yup there was no new one available, and the used ones are went up so high, it’s not worth it at all, people asking $30.000 for a 2015 with over 200k on the transits, that is really not worth it.
46k miles on my 2020 awd ecoboost with no issues. 38k on my 3.5l 2020 awd NA engine, 0 issues. Co worker has the rwd EcoBoost 170k just now starting to have issues.
@@jamesguoan3955 thank you for the info! Good to hear you have not had any problems. I have a 2007 Sprinter Roadtrek RV with 101k miles. It’s hard to find places to service them. Mercedes shops don’t like to service them due to size. Looking to build a custom travel van. Your info helps in my search. Thanks
I hated fords since I owned a 1953 ford in high school then several ford trucks every one sucked bad Hate fords ! Until I drove a ford transit on a vacation rental in Colorado. The thing was unbelievable transmission was fantastic up hills down hills . Held the road like a sports car didn’t drive like a van at all seats are little uncomfortable but they can be replaced. It’s a super fantastic vehicle saw RUclips video of a police chase cop tried to pit Amazon van that was a Ford transit and couldn’t the front of the cop car fell off. Van kept going after five attempts.
Use a dodge van for a while and you’ll see the complete lack of creativity in the Ford - no overhead compartments being one major one (actually two as there are two overheads) more tie downs that come standard with it. The Ford is an empty shell.
I used to hate vans but after I bought a Transit low roof, I really really like them now.
driving a transit for amazon right now, I love it. decent in the snow, and has plenty of room, sound system is decent. thumbs up Ford!
Magnets not back up sensors
My mistake, they look very similar.
Yes he forgot to unlock the door check and swing the door wide open
You have a MAGNIFICENT FUTER YOUNG MAN. Please maintain you calm excitement !
future sir
I am really thinking of buying one. What a versatile vehicle.
Did you get one? I’m going to be ordering one soon. Since a 2019 with 80,000km is going for the same price as a new one.
I drive one at work. I love it

Cool video it would have been even cooler if you offered some free candy when you pulled up. 🤪
LOL
Great review…I’m looking into buying one for my convenience store
was looking for ford but went with top optioned Sprinter for my work doing carpet, good luck
I’m lookin for a similar van but with detachable seats in the back. Any advice?
The Sprinter has detachable seats. As does the smaller Mercedes van
I saw a video with a transit passenger van showing the rear seats unlocking and being able to be removed with bottom latches
What's the maximum weight I can carry in this van?

I can’t believe what people are asking for used vans and trucks.
@@mantiscity no one should buy those used scrap junks.
You’re better off buying a new one lol
@@blahblahh8796 yeah it’s like a one year waiting list at least, I just keep fixing my current work van.
@@Skiller7777 yeah i feel you. I just ordered mine and they told me it was gonna be like 8 months 🤦🏽♂️
Why aren't there two seats on the passenger side in United States?
Do you know if it has a dedicated transmission cooler? Or is it a standard radiator set up? Thank you
Yes the transmissions are really cool on these. A lot cooler than last years...
@@kevinhlavati6285 are they hip and with it?
Looks like they do have a trans cooler. That’s good news for me too. I’m looking to order mine this week.
this guy just called the extended door stops "parking sensors" haha. great review, do your own research.
Yes he did lol....😂
Great video
That's not a parking sensor it's a magnet if you actually open the door all the way it holds it
Can make this regular plate in New York or has to be comerical ? Please replay
Hey! You’re cool! Subscribed!
i swiped left on my Google Pixel and this video was one of the first things in my google feed. how tf. lmao. good vid tho
Thank you!
no way you called the back door stop holder ''Sensors''.
How long and wide is the cargo bay
55ish inches between wheel humps. About 12 feet from seat base to inside rear doors. This is for 148inch WB, Reg body. Medium roof.
Just don't get a diesel speaking from a Ford tech
Why?
Wish you mentioned your height standing up in the rear..............? Im guessing your 5'7" or less..............?
Ha
No
got a 2018 250
Ty. Wish the front door window was full size, probably get much better air flow through the cabin.
I order my 250 awd midiun roof 130 feet weel to weel center . cost me $ 45,000 am desperate to have my van .
Has it arrived?
I am seeing bad reports on rust, rear vibrations, thin metal and engine issues. Can owners speak to these reports?

Amazon drivers are destroying this vans. They treat them like crap.
They are only hot because Amazon is buying them all up
Those are not Parking sensors
Those are magnets not parking sensors lmao😂
At the end you said 2024. :)
Did I really lol
He forgot to give it a Doug score
50/100
dammmm this ford didnt have nay good features "this one doesnt have it"

Those are optional
Yah but dodge is least reliable
pound feet - ahhahaha hhahahahahahahah
basic cargo van lol
These transits lack greatly in features. They are also very unreliable. The cylinder heads are prone to failing
180k on mine thus far and zero engine issues luckily
