Important one on pre trip that count Lug Nuts, tandem pin out, tug after hook, seat belt, 3 point contact, lock hood, Truck and trailer paperwork. Otherwise Automatic failure.
Thank you. Unfortunately Walmart decided to not move forward with me on the final test day and provided no feedback or explanation whatsoever so I'm back in my own truck navigating the freight market again. I haven't made up my mind if I will reapply or not yet.
is that a grocery or gm warehouse? im trying to get on to walmart but i live closer to fort worth... but i wouldn't mind commuting down there once a week just to get onboard then transferring closer to home eventually
Good luck. After a year and half. Just left Walmart. Get ready. To sleep seat my frend. Every other day lots of work out. Lots of regulation rules. They make you fill special no doubt. But hey hard work. Yea made a few bux. But lots of noise about it. Ain’t that green. You know. No freedom my frend. But yea lots of gd thins
@jiggaxd5026 to my knowledge you need to love within 60 miles of a DC but I would check with them to be sure for onboarding. As far as I know yrs you would be in a motel closer to the DC for onboarding and orientation
@jimmyburnett2245 , what are you doing now? If you have a good job now, I may would stay where you are hut if it's so so, I'd consider it, just watch all my videos, I try to provide as much info as possible. I'm 51 and been out here 26 years myself.
@jimmyburnett2245 , if you're happy with your job and have good benefits and make good money, I'd stay where I'm at. Walmart has great benefits and pay great, be a good retirement for sure if you don't have something good already. Just take all the info I provided into consideration before making a final decision. I may still decide to reapply next year and see what happens but haven't decided yet, I'm mind blown they were supposed to pay mileage to motel and back and forth to DC while down there and the fact they provided me a very vague reason as to why I didn't pass is .ind boggling but if you make it, I have no doubt it'd be a fantastic opportunity for you as a W2 job.
