In San Antonio, there is a wonderful place for Pollo Asado, and it used to generate so much smoke, the city shut them down until they installed more air handling equipment. After that, it tasted good, but not the same as before.
No one cooks on foodnetwork anymore. Besides, she owns her own content being on youtube. So, she is better off here than on the foodnetwork. Unless you mean she should be on a foodnetwork competition.
Hi Claudia, I want u to know that my wife and I made chicken chimichangas from a video u put out about 3 years ago, Man!! so delicious, great flavor with the chipolte chiles, the crust was golden brown and delicious. I was looking thru the comments to see If anyone actually made this dish. Had my chicken marinating for 24 hrs and it's on the grill as we speak! I cannot wait till it's done 🤞🏽 I didn't mess it up haha
@@mamahawk10 I was stressing out because I have a standard five burner grill and the temperature would change from 340-375 and I had to keep adjusting the outer burners. However it turned out just fine. I’m eating leftovers tonight! I hope yours came out great too
@kelseyrodgers394 I feel you! I used a weber charcoal bbq the temp was all over the place- took a little longer but worth the wait. Just got done eating and you were right, yummy!!!
I tried the recipe for the 2nd time and it turned out great. I was able to let it marinate for the full 24 hours. It was bomb and I see why she was dancing when she took a bite. I LOVED and so did my family
One of my favorite memories as a kid it was my favorite food but at certain locations the chicken tastes dry. Im definitely going to try this recipe next.. thanks Claudia 💜

Yesss it is! When cooking a whole bird marinading for long time is NEEDED unless you like flavorless meat 😅 the salt needs to penetrate through each layer 😊
@@CookingConClaudia Yes ur a good Cook,👍 ..And I don't know if u have tried any Indian food ( and there:s so much more than just Curry) but if u buy a 'Take out' most people know it taste's better if it's been in a container in the Refrigerator for easily 2 to four days! ..And u have the skills to make ur own..Because it's the same principle as ur applying ( using Spices etc) Pila and Basmati ( flavoured Rice) are tremendous..Anyway enough of my rambling Pretty lady take care,👍☘️⭐
