Do you go through and dump all of your trash first?
No our school is so big. Teachers are required to put it in hall cans.
@@mrjeffthecustodian wow! One less step in the classroom I guess. This school I’m cleaning has a bathroom in every classroom so there are even more steps! Lol
Had a Raymond. Just got rid of him
There are Raymond’s ever where. Lol
@@mrjeffthecustodian you got that right!!
Such a unrewarding job worked for a school system for 11 years if you are a human you will come out a robot your controlled from when your at the job to what you do outside of work if you like freedom and being your own person and having your own thoughts don’t work for the government
In my case. With my strong will. I’m not there robot. I’m a human being and I don’t let them control me. The mind is the battle ground of my job. I stay away from the negative as much as possible. I do what I can. Do my job well go home. Then do it again the next day.
Yeah good luck with that but I seen a lot of good people be completely broke down from the education system and that’s not just the custodians if you like it more power to you I’d rather pick up dog shit then work for a school system ever again
Do kids clown alot?
Every know and then.
I'm a new custodian but im loving it. Just getting off a ten hour shift working at two different schools. My feet are so sore lol.
Make sure you have some really good shoes.
I just started. Today is my 4th day on the job and I freaking love it!! No micromanaging and I’m by myself a lot. Cleaning has always been therapeutic for me. I’m mad I didn’t think of this job sooner 🤣
