@Thomas Cox I'm a city employee...🤔 Most of the custodians in my building are city employees....who have UNION BENEFITS, CITY PENSION FUND, 401K PLAN and Unlimited Sick Days plan.....with paid holidays. This job has to have one
@@maxlewis2011 Exactly. The pay must be close to $18-$20+ an hour with benefits. My job, we have great benefits, 401K, pension, paid holidays, 4 weeks vacation, 10 sick/personal days, plus a Christmas bonus 😀
I laughed at the recycling bit he mention. I worked w this company for a couple years, wed collect trash and recycling separately but we'd have to dump it all as one waste at the end into the trash compactors, there was never an actual recycling plan its just an image for the public. Phoenix airport
This is the most disgusting job I have did in my life I have been cleaning bathroom now for four years it's really disgusting I got fired because I didn't clean the toilet really good because the managers treat their employees like shit
Depends on where you work. Weather its government, private sector,or contractor. Government is the way to go to get the best bang for your buck. Restroom, offices, lobbys, hallways, lunch rooms, I've cleaned them all. It's just like cleaning up your home but at a larger scale. Where I work the people are really nice, this makes the job that much easier every day. (City custodian @75k FT & Hospital custodian @50k PT.)
Damn I don’t know he does this line of work with one arm it’s a lot of work for me with two arms props to him
They call him lefty
@@themurphyhomemoviechannel3679 😂😂
It was nice of her to lend him a hand.
I’m just here for the 1 handed man
This man is incredible ! I am a custodian and could not imagine what a challenge it would be with one arm !!
the music be killing me lmao
It doesn't explain the benefits and salary of the custodian title
Because there are none. You get paid very little to be a custodian.

It's honestly not that hard to be a custodian.
Are you a custodian?

It's really not that bad. I've been cleaning schools for 5 years. Honestly though, there's worse.
Learn to ignore people. You clean your own toilet at home, clean toilets and get paid for it.
