I can so relate! Had the same procedure, they said it would be like a bee sting, more like a murder hornet! Thank goodness it was pretty quick. I'm so glad to watch someone else I can relate to. God bless you and your journey.
I am so glad I came across your channel looking for someone who had the Savi -scout procedure. I am having one done next week on the 3rd of October. I had a biopsy done a few weeks ago and that hurt worse than a bee sting. The first and second samples didn’t hurt so bad but that third sample I shedded tears. I am getting prepared to have a lymph node removed on the 10th of October and I pray all goes well with the results because the couldn’t tell if it was cancer by the biopsy so they recommended removing the lymph node. Thank you for your channel and your transparency much❤
Hi, Been going through your vids backwards chronology (oldest to newest). I had this procedure, alrhough I didn't know the term. For me, it was done after my mammogram, ultrasound during the same appointment. This was a "bead" inserted in the location of the mass. I had moderate bruising, thankfully little discomfort or pain with lidocaine. The next step, was waiting for test results which were estrogen and progesterone positive, HER2 negative. Next step was consultation with breast surgeon, consultation and surgery date--about 10 days from now. Funny, typing that just now sent a wave of nerves shoot down my chest to my fingertips--first nervous reaction since feeling that palpable lump on my left breast. Not been emotional yet. I don't know why. Sure it will come sooner or later. It's early days, for now going through required motions is keeping that at bay. I'm steeling myself for the days ahead, as the cancer reveals it's true self. God help me. God keep us all.
I definitely remember those feelings of nervousness as I began my journey. Keep the faith and keep your support team close! You'll get through this, warrior! 💪🏾🎀

Is this in addition to a clip inserted at time of biopsy? 🌺
@deborahlanyi5535 yes, this was separate from that.
For me yes. I had the clip inserted during my biopsy now I have to have this done before surgery.
