I'm glad that you made good connections within California scene Mike.
I surely respect and admire the effort these guys are putting into skateboarding, but unfortunately many people there just seem to record their sessions hoping to make a living from RUclips.
After watching so many of them for so long I'd say that I got bored with the whole scene there.
I wish more of them can travel outside of California and create more authentic content.
Many people can't really relate to these tricks, skateparks nor skates spots, and there's nothing really new nor different.
It's really sad to see how huge the scene is there and how many skateboarders are left behind unfortunately.

We cannot compare the Nomad channel to regular youtube channels tho! Skate Nomad is its own thing! cutting its creative line, documenting skate and skaters all over the globe, criminally under-sponsored. There has never been anything like it! Maybe someday cutting a longer documentary about skate and culture and whatever other layer... could be a thing.

I have had mixed feelings about Braille but as I am getting older I realize how awesome Braille is, such a great group of homies. And Aaron Kyro is so rad. It will be interesting to see how they break away from Braille and become individual skaters

The quick trucks are perfect for the all terrain wheels.
More importantly; Mo's sweeping technique is the best here. Not as good as Big Al's sweeping technique.

How is going to skateparks being a nomad? Going to places nobody has seen or ridden and riding it alone. That is what I do. Always original. If it's been filmed, it doesn't need to be filmed again. Be a nomadic skater, like me😊
