Time to invest in better streaming equipment. It's not just your data, devices play a huge part in wifi and data reception, you should also clear your web history of all time on all devices and clear the cache on every app that you run for the stream , every time you stream, should significantly reduce the loss in stream and grey. May want to look into one of those portable hotspots too, wifi everything off your one mobile hot spot and theen you only have 1 signal to worry about.
