So many lands lost, but never lost in our memories. Who loves Fastpass Facts like me?!!!
**raises both hands**
**Hands burst out of my forehead**
**Octopus arms come out my back**
...me...
I love it I love Abandoned stuff
I dooo!
TPMVids is also great
A tip : you can watch movies at flixzone. Me and my gf have been using it for watching loads of movies these days.
I actually miss bugs land 😂 I know they were literally glorified carnival rides, but I loved looking for the bugs in the plants 🐛🐞🐜🦗🦟🕷🦋
i did to it was so cool for a movie most ppl forget about
I miss it too, the rides were weak but the theming was top notch. Avengers campus is probably going to have better rides, but the outside theming looks very bland
Real bugs?
Mary Denson no, they had sculptures of bugs, food and garbage hiding in the bushes, like toy story land
@@mareeedensos2805 Over sized. The guests were made to feel bug-sized.
Funny thing is, this video basically could’ve been filled entirely with California Adventure lands.
I still REALLY wish they did that Villain land with the night on bald mountain ride
Stefan Filipo it’s a great idea AS LONG AS THEY DON’T MAKE THE VILLAINS ONLY LOOK LIKE “KIDDIE CARTOONS” on the side of the rails LOL Especially Malifiecent as a dragon, like what they did before a huge dragon in the ride. Ursula looking real growing giantically on the way, etc....
Yeah they can do villains from the evil queen to the shadow man
Beastly Kingdom needs to be in the parks. Change my mind.
Are you a Steven Crowder fan?
@@DavidRay39 Is that the Change my mind guy?
I kinda wish Pixie Hollow would’ve happened. :(
Same, the concept art looked awesome
@Zaira Pagan Me too! I personally love fairies and Pixie Hollow. Hope that Disney will make that soon enough.
Pixie Hollow is at Disneyland Cali but not at the MAgic Kingdom
David Vitrano yea true
As a person who loves all the tinkerbell movies, YES. Mabey a reboot is in order?
R.I.P. Heimleck’s Choo-Cho Train 😔
꧁ ᴋ ʏ ᴜ ʀ ᴀ ɪ ɪ ꧂ RIP😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
2002-2018
My whole families favorite 😭
I’ve been to Mickey’s Toontown Fair at Disney World the very first time I went there! That was in 2009. I loved the inside of Minnie’s house and the Barnstormer ride!
The Barnstormer ride is our favorite!
I know this embarrassing but I actually cried when I heard that bugs land was going away. Then again I was having a bad day.
Although og California Adventure was cheesy I still miss the big mural, Golden Gate Bridge and the original Paradise Pier with mullholland madness 😍👍🏻
I went on Mullholland madness exactly once, and it was incredibly underwhelming. Not my idea of fun.
I miss Bug's Land. It was my childhood.
That’s what I said
@@skunkman9815 This comment was made yesterday while yours was made 7 minutes as if now.
I don't miss it.
I remember when they announced they where going to close Camp Minnie and Mickey. I'm happy Fastival of the Lion King was saved but sad the Pocahontas show was not. I liked the show because I really liked Pocahontas as a kid, but Disney doesn't do much with her so it was one of the only places I could see her...
AmateurYAreader Star because she's not white
Kari Min I think the real reason the don’t use her is cause of the historical inaccuracys
@@Kari_naim race has nothing to do with it. They focus on what is popular/relevant. Moana isnt white and she has a lot of stuff coning.
I’m personally not a fan of Marvel Land in DCA. I feel like Marvel and Star Wars could of been a it’s own park. Huge properties with huge possibilities for rides and attractions. I feel like DCA should still be a Westcot type park. Food and wine and Pixar with a California aesthetic.
Joey Bravado preach!
Mm, good point. There's more than enough content in both franchises to be parks by themselves without removing classic franchises from others.
I wish Holidayland actually was a land in Disneyland with rides themed after holidays.
Yea like the night before Christmas ride and not just at Christmas
Disney California Adventure looks a lot like Hollywood Studios now
My DCA is a masterpiece, stop saying it’s awful
Had you went with the HISTORY of California instead of a cheap version of what was Currently in California, it could have worked.
Michael Eisner when is the next rare characters video
Well, yes but no.
Honestly, the whole idea for California adventure was fine. It really wasn't that bad and I remember it fondly. The only bad part about it would have to have been the limo ride but they took it out soon after so I wasn't concerned. The having a general theme instead of each ride having a story was fun and made it so there were some classic ride types that could be added to the park without needing a big story theme for each attraction. It was a nice break from Disneyland but now Disneyland and CA are essentially the same thing just sperated by price walls
seththebeth The limo ride as first intended probably would have been fun...but sadly, the death of Princess Diana meant the ride had to be completely redone...which gave us the truly weird version that opened and closed rather quickly (although many think it wasn’t closed quickly enough!)
Did anyone else start getting kind of defensive at the way he was talking about OG California Adventure? The whole point of that park was to pay tribute to California and it did a great job at it. Now it’s just Disneyland 2...
Coco I really liked California Adventure when it first opened. I loved the music, the rides, the theming. Always had fun there. It's not what it used to be
I never went to the original DCA. I wish I could have seen it.
California adventure was built on a tight budget and it showed. The idea was okay, but the budget or more accurately lack of it resulted in a terrible park. For the same price as a ticket to Disneyland, California adventure was a tiny six flags with theming nowhere near Disney standards. Michael Eisner thought nobody would notice, but he was wrong. You’re in the minority. Most people thought original California adventure was a huge step down from Disneyland and most other Disney parks.
Awwww dude! When showing Buena Vista Street, missed opportunity to play some old timey music like Bob Crosby!
Main Street USA was not actually inspired by Walt’s home town. It was the man who was designing and building it’s home town.
Thanks tpmvids
I’ve been to Mickey’s Toontown Fair since I was a baby. When I heard the news that it was going to close broke my heart. I do love new Fantasyland, but I will still miss Toontown Fair
I miss walking around the Bugs Land portion of CA Adventure. The idea of being as small as a bug, at least to me when I was a child, was so fun and simple that it worked. I wish I could experience the 3D "It's Tough to be a Bug" show one more time. I still remembering the spiders that dropped down from the ceiling and being afraid when Hopper showed up on-screen. A little ladybug would appear at the very end and hover, looking at the audience until another ladybug would tell it to get back in place to create the curtain façade that started and ended each show. I know the graphics will look terrible by today's CGI standards, but just for nostalgia's sake, I wish I could see it one more time...
It's tough to be a Bug is still alive and well at Animal Kingdom in Florida.
Not gonna lie, that California Adventure ad with Buzz was really cool.
Stil bitter we never got Pixie Hollow...
I don't think we wanted Pixie Hollow....
...do you know why?...
@@mareeedensos2805 why?
honestly pixie hollow wouldve been an amazing thing to happen. we dont always need popular movies as attractions.
They could've at least spared the hopper animatronic to make way for some kinda alien-like animatronic. Maybe for Galaxy's Edge. Or maybe a Groot animatronic with his roots and vines as the 2nd pair of arms.
I remember loving Minnie’s house the first time I went to Disney😭
Thank you, I really enjoyed this. I have heard of some of the lands mentioned in other videos but yours had better visuals and I really appreciate it. Oh I really like the crackling flames slide transition, very satisfying
I miss the original Fantasy Land in Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. The only thing there that truly stands out is the character actor they got for Gaston. My God, that man hits a bull's eye every time with the guests.
I guess you could say, "No one saves New Fantasy Land like Gaston!"
Woooooooooo!!!!!!!! More retired stuff!!!! Always a fun thing to learn about the rise and fall of disney things. We sometimes forget about the past, its good to look back and remember/learn.
I miss the Bug's life land ;-; It was really fun and most of the kids rides my little sister was able to ride!!😭😭😭Now my little can't get on barely any rides!!💙rip bug's land💙
You know FantasyLand exists, right?
It's so sad seeing bugs land in there I just went there last year 💔
0:11 I’ve seen this image before, but it still caused me to choke on my water 😂
AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Me too
I love your channel! I’m a huge fan of Disney and my knowledge for it gets better every time I watch your vids!
Toontown was aesthetic as hell and I have crazy good memories from there. The pixie hollow/princess area would have been so good though.
Love this channel! Keep doing what you do😊
Also first
I know y’all out there notification squad
Right here!
Over here!
14:28 - Hey, it's Ginnifer Goodwin, the voice of Judie Hopps in Zootopia and Snow White in Once Upon a Time!
Oh no I am late! Great video thank you, your content is so interesting and cool!😄
Thank you fastpass facts!
I loved Paradise Pier . I liked the 50's vibe it had. I feel like they shouldn't really have changed it to Pixar Pier.
R.I.P himelchs chew train
I could tell that one segment in the beginning was Justin scarred 1:03
fun hippie that’s correct, you can watch the full video the link is in the description 😊
Another great video. I love them. Keep them up xxx
I’m honestly going to miss A Bug’s Land 😔 I really loved it, thought it definitely had its downsides.
Cool video!
🙂
I really miss Most of those Old Lands @ Disneyland, and Walt Disney World!
😭
THAT DISNEY'S CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE AD,,,, SO MANY MEMORIES
Sunshine Plaza was NOT hideous!
It’s funny how these well edited and I guess well animated videos about Disney are yet Disney doesn’t even notice... (keep it up!!!!)
It breaks my heart that a bugs land closed before I got a chance to see it 😞
Awesome video. Thanks for sharing
Great work!
I miss bug's land even though i hated the show (phobia of insects and spiders) and never rode the rides lmao
The only things I like about Sunshine Plaza are the fountain and the monorail bridge (which they made a monorail toy accessory for it that is now expensive on eBay). Pandora is so cool
I miss toontown fair SO MUCH but storybook circus is one of our favorite areas in the park now! The snacks there are delicious and we love to “cool down” and take a break there.
Fantasyland needs kingdom hearts
I'm really suprised that franchise has had no real representation at the parks including Tokyo.
vidlink Maybe legal issues with Square Enix? Maybe they don’t want to have Mickey wielding a keyblade in the parks? Idk
YES!
great video tons of info thxs so much
anyone else binge watching fast pass facts
That was awesome! Thank you
We need more of these even though I havent finished the video
I love all the changes!
i used to love the toon town fair, i can remember very few things as clearly as walking through the minnie and mickey houses, but i LOVE the new circus area, dumbo has always been a very special movie to me so i love all the attention it got in that land
I didn't realize this, but I went to Disney world right after Pandora World of Avatar was made (August, 2017). And let me tell you, Flight of Passage is one of my favorite rides at Disney world. My aunt had gotten us fast passes to the ride 60 days in advance, and it was a 10 min wait vs a 2 1/2 hour wait.
I remember going to Mickey's Toon Town. I used to go there over and over. As I got older, I always wondered where Mickey's Toon Town had gone. I couldn't find anything online about it, and I thought I had imagined the whole thing!
I clicked this expecting to see things I wished hadn't been retired... I'm happy to say that those expectations weren't met and my favorite thing is the Be Our Guest restaurant. X,D I'm DYING to dine in there someday!
I, for one, love the whole section of Beauty and The Beast themed Attractions! I’ve never been there in person, but, I’m a huge fan of Beauty and The Beast! I especially love The Beast! He’s very handsome! I love his Beast form!
Oh my gosh, I remember the red bridge when I was a kid! I don't remember jack about the rest but that's all I remember! Thanks for the memory 😂
I remember watching that commercial with Buzz as a kid....
This is why Disney has so much of my money
I lover your channel I’m a huge fan
I thought Streets of America would be in the video. I thought that would be the most missed land from any Disney park.
I’m surprised you didn’t mention River Country! Loved that place when I was a kid.
It's not a land it's a waterpark
Do Wettest Disney's Rides.
Awsome video

Nice logic RUclips 👏 👏 👏 👏
You tube sucks
I'm surprised you guys didn't throw Paradise Pier or Condor Flats in. Still, great vid as always!
Speaking of abandon disney stuff.
*im still waiting on the part 2 of abandon animatronics video*
Great video
I luv you vids
I used to love magic kingdom toontown and honestly storybook circus/new fantasyland isn’t that exciting 🤷🏼♀️
I never realized when I was little that where I was at was Starland, I went when I was 7 to magic kingdom, and didn’t go back until I was 21 (now 22). I couldn’t for the life of me find Minnie and Mickey’s house that I took pictures in front of 15 years ago. I now have closure as to what happened to them lol
You missed the Streets of America at MGM and the awesome Osborn dancing lights!
“Are you mouse enough?” -Random little girl
i don’t have the best memory of my trip from when i was little, but i wish mickey’s toon town fair was still there! it was so cool!
1:08 the entrance to California adventures is so different
Amazing video love this videos about retiring lands and I laugh so hard this part 10:05
I like how Disneyland has certain exclusives from WDW, I think that Disneyland Paris did something I wish the other parks had done... DISCOVERY LAND rather than Tommorow Land. While one is based on a future that is on its way and gets outdated in a decade or less, the other is about a future that will never come.
I'm so hurt that we never got Pixie Hollow T0T
Let's bring Marvel land to life for the late Stan Lee! 🦸♂️🦸♀️
They'll do it, but it's not going to be for Stan, it's going to be for dat $.
they cant universal owns the theme park rights to marvel
@@KoopaTroopa1 Well, I wishe some of Marvel rides at Universal theme park has to move into Disneyland in California because Marvel belongs to Disney.
@@KoopaTroopa1 its actually happening at most parks the only one they cant use some characters at is wdw which is why they have only gotg stuff there but hong kong is turning their tomorrow land into marvel land, and paris is getting a marvel hotel aswell as the land and disneyland ahaheim is getting the marvel land too
Its gonna be avengers land I think I heard. They're doing 2 phases, first is spider man and second is avengers. 😊 Offically.
You forgot most of Streets of America. I didn’t entirely like most of its attractions (Lights Motors Action and The Studio Backlot Tour), but there were still things I loved about it. Including Muppet Vision 3D, the Honey I Shrunk The Kids Play Area, the City Set Buildings themselves, and the Mr. Gold’s Shop display from Once Upon A Time. Unfortunately most of it was torn down to make way for Toy Story Land and Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge, but thankfully, part of Streets of America was saved and remade into Grand Avenue.
And even though I miss the rest of Streets of America, I actually like Galaxy’s Edge, because it provides an extremely interesting story that takes place between The Last Jedi and Rise of Skywalker. It tells about the Black Spire Outpost on the Batuu System, a place where thieves and smugglers usually hide from authorities, but now it’s where The Resistance is currently hiding from The First Order. It is such a unique land and Rise of the Resistance is such an awesome ride/experience. (Here comes the many people of the Fandom Menace who are probably gonna yell at me over a simple opinion..............)
Oh boy it’s new video time!
I miss the Streets of America and The Backlot at Hollywood Studios and Mickey’s Toontown Fair at Magic Kingdom.
I loved old DCA and spent lots of time there, but since we're not Marvel fans, there's a lot less to do now. Bugsland was fantastic and I'm sorry to see it go.
I think holidayland is like the school holidays 3:22
Awesome 50
I wish DCA would have kept that awesome sign out front. I never got to go before the remodel but now I like it more than DL. I spend most of my time there. I miss bugs land though. It was super cute!
I kind of miss the charm of DCA 1.0 even tho today’s DCA is leagues better
Forever salty that Beastly Kingdom didn't happen....
I actually miss Bugs Land I had a lot of memories there. Kinda sad when they took out the Tower of Terror, never rode on it because I was too scared i was about 6 years old when the ride was closing. In Bugs Land i was scared of the theatre too but i bet if I went there now if it was still opened I would enjoy it. Now it’s just Avengers taking over I mean Avengers is great I don’t mind but I will forever miss the ride and the land that was once on Disneyland
I would have loved if it was pixie hollow!!! I'm a huge fan of the disney fairies!
I remember sunshine plaza and didn't realize they changed it 🤦🏻♂️
I thought you were going to mention paradise pier, seeing as it’s now Pixar pier
Luckily I was able to go to Mickey's toon town fair before it retired, but I barely remember, but when I do it's in Storybook Circus.
*This makes me feel old*
