Problem though with those, is they all require infrastructure to create and then maintain. Everything that humans do creates unintended consequences.

To register information regarding only the basic necessities of sustaining the physical well-being of the organism and nothing else, particularly the psychological aspects of thought is the natural humility that the self struggles with each moment of every day. However, it’s the only real discipline that allows the brain to function freely and therefore at the utmost quality.
It enables the body’s biological system to operate without arousing the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous response unnecessarily, particularly the intervention of automatic reflexes of thoughts.

Life is so simple... But we are living in a complicated way.... We let the mind to become complicated.... Thats what he revealed.... We need this kind of direct interpretation of mind for spiritual advancement....

From what K. says the activity of brain is to gather. This is essential when the experience gathered is to protect the physical organism in the physical environment. But brain infected by the evolution space/tlme sensations gathers sensations of the past that caused the sensation of pain, psychological pain. When these past moments are triggered as thought brain activity attempts to escape and so the psychological pain again. But brain cannot escape brain activity.

You are right the brain won't stop registering but it can be unaffected by all forms of registering by self realisation ...then all things will come and go ...

Brain finds security in 'me' which is developed through the psyche and is entangled in various images brought to sustain the 'me'. Thus it is always confused and stressed. To find the tranquility, brain must distinct clearly between what to register and what not to. This distinction can only be made possible through meditation and observation of the self I see that.

Understood Sir. All organs have specific role and activities of their own inherent in them. So far so very simple affair. Our useless chattering ,our thoughts ,disrupt the natural function of the brain. Therefore to give space to the brain ,so that it's cells renew ,is important. Space ,silence,is timeless and only then insight and intelligence operates and we get glimpse of the Ground of all origin.A state of MEDITATION. Beautifully explained this one movement by K Sir Grateful.

When i look out of my window, i see a lot of obese people passing by. So they choose the direct pleassures. And when i talk to them, they are aware of the risks... But, according to them, the average age is 80, and you will die anyway, so there is nothing to worry about... Seems logigical somehow...

It's not about death or pleasure but understanding "thought" .. and not sure about "nothing to worry about" because most people worry most of the time (not about death but about 100 other small pointless things)

On this channel you can find whole lectures. There is also a playlist called “Urgency of Change”. 1 hour long videos, each video with only one specific subject so it’s easier to choose a subject you want to listen about.
I recommend paying total attention while listening and after that contemplate for some minutes about something that you found interesting. Don’t just listen passively, but try to see how his teachings apply in your own life and experience.
See the truth not because another human, no matter how wise he is, has told so but because you see it on your own.

I think that when we stay with the fear, we will just register the fear.. when we start thinking of how to overcome the fear, then we start registering other things maybe.. you can listen to the full speech if you have time.. As an add-on, brain activity to escape brain activity is subjective sensation - the illusion of an agent, person, entity existing inside the physical organism. This has been variously named I, Me, Self.
