Thanks for the nice video Question The small house has a building area of 40 square meters and needs some repairs and is considered historical on an area of 4224 square meters in Cisternino and at a price of 50,000 US dollars - Is it owned by the state or privately owned first? Is it allowed to live in it? Is it possible to build a country house on the land? I am waiting for your answer and thank you very much
@loweharman8985 Thank you for your comment and for watching my video, I am glad you liked it. The house is privately owned and you can live in it, it does require some renovation though. I can't say if you can build another house on the land but usually you can add extension and covered patio to the existing house In Italy. The size of extension depends on the land size, bigger land means bigger extension. To build another house you would need to apply for approval from the local office. I have added links of the properties to the video description, feel free to reach directly to the estate agent, I am sure they will be able to advice further.
@@ExpatTheExplorer Thank you for the quick answer First, regarding the restoration of the old building, this is agreed upon and according to the requirements of the law in Italy Second, I repeat my question, is the land with an area of 4224 square meters included in the price of $50,000 Third, if possible, the email and phone number of the property owner or the real estate broker’s office so that I can contact him before traveling to Italy I repeat my sincere thanks to you
@googolmom Feel free to email me on proexpats@gmail.com if you have any question. If you want more details about particular property I put links to all properties in the video description, you can contact the agent directly by phone number or chat available in the listings.
@pedroamador0618 The point is to show what is available on the market: different locations, property style and price. The point of this video is not just to sell. If you wanted the links you could have just ask.
I feel that the second property, that is the property in Matina Franca,is a bargai. There again "What's the point of showing those properties, if you don't offer the link of the real estate agents selling them?"
The second one is my favourite too. It ticks all the boxes, it has garden, olive trees, neighbours near by, lots of space, moveable but still bit of a project and close to the town. I have added links of all shown properties to video description, feel free to reach directly to the agents if you like.
@tobiass9347 Thank you for your comment. I do not sell properties, I am looking for one myself. I have added links to all shown properties to video description, you can reach directly to the real estate. Each listing has the name and contact for the agent. Good luck!
@patriciamoore3318 Thanks for your comment. Just so you know, I don’t sell properties or get any cut from real estate. I’m actually looking for a place myself and just sharing what I find along the way. My channel is free and it’s all about helping others in the same boat, discovering affordable housing options abroad. Thanks for watching my video and being part of my journey. ❤️
@Nyenification I have added links to all shown properties to video description, you can reach directly to the real estate. Each listing has the name and phone number of the agent. Good luck!
