My issai is just starting it's 2nd season of growth, sadly no sign of any flowers this year. I'll probably have to check on the correct way to prune to encourage flowers next year.
@@GrowWhereYouArePlanted yes it grew an amazing 6 feet tall by the same wide ( ! ) in the first summer, but I dont think it developed any fruiting side shoots in its first years growth, those should develop this summer so hopefully flowers and fruits next year

I think Issai Kiwi would grow well in Georgia. I’m in zone 7 NC. The plant does well here.
This plant gets prety good size! whatnis the suport made off?
How did your kiwi. Do? Did it ever produce mature fruit? If so, What do you think helped?

It took my plant 4 years to flower, but it was a tiny tissue culture plant when I got it. Your plant may be too young yet.
