- This is a 35 minute yoga workout class aimed to strengthen and to stretch your body. This is a perfect routine to wakeup to, or to practice at anytime in the day.
You'll learn to properly align your body to make sure you using the right muscles in the poses to prevent injury or strain.
This is an awesome morning workout you can do to start your day right with a combination of exercises to help pump blood though the body, to move fluid, and warm up the joints along with strengthening exercises for the core, arms, hips, glutes, legs, chest, upper back, and shoulders.

Hi Tim, this video has been my go-to for years now! I have tried many others when I get a bit tired of the same over again, but then I always lose the habit of practicing daily and I circle back to this one. As you say, it’s a well-rounded practice 😊

Re-ignited an old lower back injury a few days ago doing an intense hip opener yoga class so have been unable to practice for the last six days. This gentle class was just what I needed to ease me back in again. Still have some pain but the stretching has helped immensely. Thank you Tim.

Appreciating more of the gentler flow work. Similar to the Beginning Vinyasa video where you were nursing an injury (shoulder/wrist) and worked on movement of the thoracic spine. After dancing and teaching dance all day I appreciate seated/floor practices more. : ) Thanks Tim

Wow...that is one tough yoga session. I faultered a couple of times lol, but managed to get through it...I'm a newbie yogi, only been practising for a year...I loved this session. Will take me a while to do it smoothly with the breath though. Namaste x

Great practice, thanks Tim! I hope you're recovering from that slam. I find myself having to practice without putting pressure on my arms occasionally as well, for the same reason. But skating, in my case rollerblading, is it's own special practice and meditation I can never give up.

Hey Tim I have been using your videos to practice at home now for a couple of months. I became a dad about 16 months ago and finding time to get to the yoga studio became impossible. My wife suggested I try your videos instead. Thanks for making it possible and enjoyable to restart my practice. Today and the past several days I have been practicing from my hotel room in Saigon. ;) Normally I practice from my living room in Charlotte, NC.

I really enjoy the outdoor videos. The birdsong (and did I hear wind chimes?) easily make up for the occasional construction or airplane noise. That, plus the pace and content make this among my top 3 favorites of Tim's videos.
