Same thing here. In last 3 weeks lost 9 lbs. I have HPB slightly on high side, and blood works shows per-diabetes. I started taking 400 mg/day of Magnesium bisGLycinate and felt on top of the world. After 3 wks,. I had a strange reaction. Since I am hypothyroid I seemed to have developed Raynauds sysd. so if I touch something cold or feel cold my fingertips and fingers turn white then bluish! When I ate, my palms would redden. So I quickly got off the Mag. My stiffness is back!! Now will talk with my Dr. as my thyroid markers went down too. All my research said that Magnesium Glycinate would be good for controlling HBP, and blood sugar, and nervous system and thyroid! I will have to find a Dr. of Functional Medicine. Doctors just want to medicate with pharma instead of getting to the root of metabolic problems.

With the benefit of channels such as yours and Patrick Holfords book regards optimium nutrition. I helped solve a life long migraine issue my husband suffered from. Doctors in hospitals could not work out his issues of frequent dibilitating migraines overthe years. He started taking magnesium suppliments not every day but when he remembered along with D3, k2, zinc and C plus every now and again multi vitamins and sometimes a B complex plus probiotics. He built up his levels and now the headaches which we always blamed on barometric pressure changes have totally gone. He did have high blood pressure too....but now that is to normal levels too. It disgusts me when big pharma tries to ban individual access to knowledge. Because frankly our doctors are ignorant of vitamin and mineral deficiencies etc. I think it should be manadatory for doctors to do due diligence to test for things like blood and urine tests to make sure we have the right levels of minerals and vitamins before any drugs are prescribed. Thank you for your hard work Dr Ekberg.

You can test all you like but it will serve you nought if the pathology labs are deliberately returning negative or normal readings for the tests you sent off for - this is alot bigger than you think.
It is a well-known fact amongst the relevant ppl, that no test for any sort of parasite ever comes back positive anymore. Don't bother with the tests, just start a parasite cleansing protocol by yourself and see the difference!!!
I say dump the medical system - the only ppl working in it now are either fearful sellouts (no courage), oblivious idiots (no brains) or deliberately evil (no ethics).
Either way you don't want anyone like that coming anywhere near you in a medical capacity...

The champion in the content of organic magnesium, potassium, iron, calcium is the seeds of industrial hemp. Industrial hemp contains almost no cannabioites. 100 grams of seeds contain 700 - 400 mg of magnesium. Three tablespoons of ground seeds in porridge, sour cream, yogurt, simply eaten with water, more than replenish the body's need for magnesium. Hemp flour helps cleanse the intestines of helminths.

ReMag may say Magnesium Chloride but it is a picometer sized, same size a plant absorbs minerals at. It is also a stabilised ion of Magnesium which means your body doesn't need to digest it to breack it down. It is absorbed directly into the cells starting in the mouth.
This in the best Magnesium I have ever found because you can get much higher therapeutic level.

I never ever knew how bad anxiety can make you feel, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I’ve been taking a low dose magnesium supplement (150mg as bisglycinate) for years because I didn’t have any of those symptoms, and my diet is fairly nutrient dense. Then I heard that sauna use (which I do frequently) can deplete magnesium. So a few weeks ago I doubled my dose as an experiment. My sleep has gone from good to excellent. But amazingly and unexpectedly it has fixed an itch I have had for decades, and which all the creams I have tried over the years haven’t had much affect.

Not many months after turning 59 I just have lost my energy level and do not awake rested. Although I am positive my rest is being affected by my allergies because I often end up with sinus headaches or migraine headaches that I have been used to dealing with for as long as I remember. However, never before have I experienced this tiredness. It is interfering with my productivity throughout my day like never before in my lifetime. Even with my chronic headaches I still could function with my prescription medication and getting oxygen to my head by getting out of bed and getting productive with manual labor. But I have zero strength and seem to be depleting daily. I am in the process of ordering a multivitamin for women over fifty plus, looking into omega 3 and trying to decide which magnesium product Is best.
My son’s girlfriend is a RN who has given me these vitimin and supplement deficiency suggestions but I do not want to buy ones with fillers or additives and waste my limited funds.

I'm 73 and been suffering multiple leg cramps for the last 10 years, always at night, predominantly the R leg, and mostly calf and thigh at once. Very painful and makes me feel unwell due to the sudden on set from a sound sleep. Anyway I've been using an electrolyte for years now and it's pretty much mandatory or the cramps return. Thing is it's full of sugar, so following your vids I now use a Mg supplement being Magnesium Aspartate Decahydrate, not on your list but recommended by local chemist in Australia. Seems to work a treat but not much improvement in the numbness in both feet which is pretty bad. Anyway you have the best medical health vids so please keep them coming.

i went carnivore for 30+ days and lost 40 lbs , my blood pressure when from high to normal, and lost my sugar cravings almost completely. but i started to get a light chocolate craving (different feeling then my old sugar cravings). however after eating my old 70% dark chocolate, i started to slip that next 2 weeks more and more back into sugar cravings and been struggling for months again to get back on the good diet (carnivore) and my blood pressure is back up and tired again and weight game 20 of the 40 back in weight. This sugar addiction is really bad, but think it might be a sign of low Mg like you said with that chocolate craving once free from sugar on carnivore.

I have been using the Dr Berg electrolyte powder. It has 29% magnesium and 21% potassium. I tried carnivore for a little over a week and felt better too. Gonna try the carnivore diet again for two weeks this time, three weeks next time and so on. I'm going to keep track of how fast my system gets better after starting the diet and how fast I get back to IBS symptoms after getting off the diet. Also going to try one with where I break the diet with one meal and see how much one meal affects my system. Right now it took over two weeks after I stopped the carnivore diet for my IBS symptoms to come back. I have been bragging about this Dr Berg electrolyte and some people attack me because they think I'm paid by Dr. Berg. He is with Scientology Church. I don't like this Church but I'm glad I found his electrolyte.

  • @CarbageMan
    @CarbageMan 7 месяцев назад +16

I hold a bit of a grudge against the doctors I went to with headaches thought to be related to my cervical spine. I had to serendipitously discover magnesium for myself _years_ after seeing several expensive doctors who said nothing about magnesium.
One day, I had a headache coming on-these used to be five-alarm headaches that were debilitating-and I hadn't eaten, so I decided to begin munching on sunflower seeds. I didn't expect my headache to go away, but eating usually helped. My headache vanished almost instantly. I looked to find out what is in sunflower seeds, and I found out they were high in magnesium.
I went to the store and got magnesium supplements. Within a month, I never had such a headache again, and now I take a magnesium complex with every meal, magnesium threonate in the morning and magnesium glycinate to relax and/or after heavy workouts.
It is not an exaggeration to say that magnesium supplementation changed my life. Since, I discovered keto, and that further reduced my neck pain, as I beat type two diabetes. I now also supplement potassium, by self encapsulating potassium citrate in 00 capsules (about a gram each-the RDA is something like 4700mg, so it's not as easy to over-consume as you may hear.)
I am not a doctor, and none of this is medical advice.

Magnesium- chloride and magnesium- citrate are both salts, which means, that they dissociate in water into Mg++ and the acid- part. The Mg++ is always the same, regardless if it came out of chloride or citrate.
So magnesium- citrate and magnesium- chloride should be interchangeable with regards to magnesium- supply.

We add the obvious three back but also magnesium, sulfur, calcium, boron, zinc, manganese, molybdenum. Iron is naturally add true the wear and tear of the tillage equipment. There is one that is not added, but available as a fertilizer and its copper. Its not add because it doesn't show any result. Research as typically not done.
