All of them were worried for Makoto, but Yukari, Aigis, and Junpei seemed as if they would have lifelong sadness if the protagonist didn't return. They seemed the most emotional of all.
4:08 was such a impactful scene to me since they all were expecting to die, and it seemed like they all wanted Makoto to live; so it almost seemed like they were about to have a breakdown knowing that the one person who help changed their lives died for them and they would never be able to pay him back.
