She said his TOP SPEED. As in all of the show it’s 80 times faster than him at his current max speed. So even if he wasnt hurt, Gideon claims he still won’t outrun it. No offense but that ultra violet light went pretty slow for being 80x faster than Barry.

It wouldn’t be Mach 7 though. They said the UV Light was 80x faster than this top speed. Assuming the UV Light is moving at the speed of light, his top speed would be around Mach 7,000

At the start of season 2 barry could go mach 2 and the show said zoom was four times faster than barry. by the end of the season barry matched zooms speed, so his top speed should have been mach 8... only for wally to almost kick his ass the next season at barely over mach 2

Barry was in the Speed Force, the source of his entire abilities, for 6 months in real time, potentially more from his own perspective. There is simply no way for him to only have a top speed of 8.3 million miles per hour.

Thats not really impressive, all it means is black holes function differently in the arrowverse.
Light not being able to escape the event horizon of a black hole is due to the event horizon warping space to the point where there isnt an exit, doesnt matter how fast you are, you just cant escape the event horizon of a real life black hole.
Basically, the black hole feat means nothing because we dont know how black holes function in the arrowverse.
But it wasn't really a real black hole

I want to go and look at your other videos now because all I can think about is the relativistic effects of whatever speed he is going at. It seems pretty clear that he can go faster than the speed of light because that is what makes the most sense as to how he could go back in time.

I personally feel like they could’ve just said that he was still recovering thus not being able to keep up and not explicitly stating his top speed just showing us great feats instead
I feel like Barry’s speed is constantly on a spectrum and it changes depending on how fast he needs to go when there’s a problem. Also I think his powers vary depending on how fast he’s moving and when he messes with time and is moving around when everyone freezes. His speedforce is also controls space and time so his powers are always changing on the scenario.

No, once you enter nothing will save you. It's not a speed requirement. The only way I could imagine Barry leaving the black hole would be if he used the speed force to get out. For a normal person, you'd have to have something akin to a time machine.

What would help Barry is the speed equation drive read through in the Time vault in order for him to get faster as The Flash to face Ultraviolet.
Ultra violent light is just light. That speed was the speed of light.
Light travels in waves so it is traveling at the same speed as light. Different colors have different wave lengths and that’s why it takes longer to get somewhere
