Hello , I have used "E" to extrude and "S" to scale.

@@melangedesigns879 okay but at 1:15 for exemple I know you are using edge loop but I don't really understand what your are doing with those

@@loozz6430 Press control and R on your key board to add that loop cut. (Ctrl R) I have added loop cuts to provide sharp edges.
