What's up Ricky. I know it was just a test, but it was a good one. For an action cam and wireless mic, it looked and sounded incredible. I would worry how it would do without lighting though. But if you're doing talking heads with that lighting, I would say it's definitely a win. Maybe bring the camera up a little bit so it's eye level but other than that, it looked great.
Yeah I had it pretty low. I wanted to use the table but the room is not wide enough lol so I ended up using a mantis pod instead of my tripod. Thanks for the comment.
@@TwoTimesRmedia my issue is I'm too lazy to set up a nice studio area in my house big enough to support a wide angle! 😂😂😂
@@timbrowntown yeah you definitely need a clear clean space behind you lol. There is also a narrow view that I have to try.

They are on sale for 299 plus about 99 for a single DJI Mic 2 . Really inexpensive nice quality kit. Thanks for watching and commenting. Greatly appreciated. Still some more tweaks and adjustments and more videos to be made with this combo .
@@TwoTimesRmedia Thanks for the reply. I pretty much made up my mind to get the Pocket 3 creator combo. Later I plan on picking up the next Action 5. I have a sneaky suspicion that DJI will include a built-in 24 GHz wireless receiver in the Action 5 for even better audio with their mic 2, like they did with their Pocket 3. By the way, I subscribed.

Vlogging test coming soon. With horizon lock and this mic/ camera combo it would be perfect for a vlogging kit. You can get the single mic for 99 and the action 4 for 299 with a mantis pod for 90 and maybe a ND kit for 50 so under 600 you can be set. Good visuals and sound for an amazing price.
You know one thing I've noticed. The settings reset every time the connection is reset. So if you turn your gain down, it will reset to 0 the next time it connects. Its quite annoying

So I just reconnected the DJI Mic 2 that I had in this video back to my action 4 and I checked the gain and the gain was still set at plus 7 .
