    One big sub in a huge enclosure is going to hit a lot different than most other setups, im sure it sounds really cool inside the cab.

    Great usage of space, would be a great addition for the new bronco

    I like how that 21 gets more powerful with lower frequencies. I would throw in maybe two 10's to make sure the higher bass frequencies and the punchiness of kicks are present too. JP I would love to hear WooferCooker on your 18's!

    Wouldn't a 21" be great for longer notes, and smaller subs for punchy notes? I don't get why everyone is saying Sail is a shitty song for the demo. This thing is obviously loud as hell.

      @detonationpyrotechnics4156 3 года назад +3

      No woofer cone size has no relation to what kind of bass it produces. It's all about box specs and tuning. It's just a myth buddy.

    • @jakesnyder2667
      @jakesnyder2667 3 года назад

      @@detonationpyrotechnics4156 All else being equal, smaller woofers do better with short notes, larger woofers do better with long notes. It takes force to move a driver, no matter what the enclosure is, even in free air, and a factor in required force is surface area and inertia. This is why smaller drivers are better for shorter notes, there's much less inertia involved to drive it peak to peak, similarly larger woofers are better with longer notes because they have more surface area to more appropriately play the note; it's about efficiency, and the more efficient your driver is, the better it performs. Tuning is another component, but that's on a driver-by-driver basis, but ultimately isn't the deciding factor, there's reasons why certain drivers perform better in certain ranges, maybe pay some attention to that. You don't know of what you speak, buddy. Basic experience will tell you this, simple logical thought will tell you this, having any knowledge of entry-level physics will tell you this. How about you educate yourself and better inform yourself, instead of looking like a clueless clown.
