It's not a nice sub and the guy behind B2 is an ass.. Trust me, he lives less than 10 miles from me, and from visiting B2 a few times, it's clear that he knows way too little to be manufacturing properly engineered speakers.

LOL do you realize the box would take up nearly half the space in your theater room? And it would produce MASSIVE bass. Imagine watching Transformers or some action movie like that and there's a huge explosion. That would blow your brains out of your head. You'd be like the Maxell guy sitting in the chair having your hair blown back by the bass
EpicEverythingDude75 i currently tun 4 18s in my home theatre with 2 four 15inch 3 way cabinets in my room. my room is 24 by 30 feet. id build a centered sub right under my big screen on the wall. id have to rewire snd move the amps and receiver, which i been mesning to do anyways cause playing it low ur here my amps fans.

I remember back in 01 when i got my first mtx rfl, it came in a osb wood box with an extra cone in it and i had an idea to build a ported box and test it. Instead of putting it in my car I plugged it into the 120 volt /60 hertz outlet in my shop ! The cops showed up 30 minutes later cause the neighbors complained the bass was so loud it shook the decorations off the walls of their apartments 75 feet away! We all had a laugh and i got to meet my neighbors in a odd way! Keep up the amazing work my friend!

hey EXO if you want to hear it proper in free air get a piece of 10 inch pvc tube and set up the sub in the doorway of your room standing vertical with the pvc holding the magnet and it will act as a free air sub and the room will resonate and act as the cabinet ... stand out in the hall and I will guarantee you will hear bass down to 10 hertz... I promise you it will hit loud and low I have done that with a plate that had 4 15" in the doorway and it went insanely low ....no joke

You should without a doubt make this part of the home theater tower setup. You need to make a ported box with a built in shelf on the front that will hold all of your receivers and amps and such, and the box itself will become a big ass TV stand. Down fire that bad boy with a side slot port and you will have a KILLER home setup!!!!

Me and a buddy did that in a apartment we rented together he had 2 15’s and so did I so we used both and just one source unit and it rattled that poor place to death.
I remember when 12's were it and 15's were this "mythical" sub we always heard about this one guy having in his van. ONe day, we saw the guy at a car show, he had 2 15s. Blew our 14 yr old minds

I love huge subs! If money isn't an issue, I'd put it in a box with 3 18inch passive radiators so that you can keep the box size down and the output high. Make sure to tune it really low.

Sure you can. But if want to build yourself a big sub for the house, I'd suggest getting a better driver. The specs tell the whole story. It's not a good driver.

What you should do is make the size of the speaker and then put the speaker in and get supports and then just hook everything up and hook up with the amp in the box and then get an eye on battery and put it in there like that that's what I think

I think you should build a bix for it and have it work along with the two towers and maybe have a projector or something as some kind of cinema room or something and have the box tuned stupid low around 25hz to give movies amazing effects, or for music as well. It might take up some space though.
Do a transmission line box on this. Whatever it's tuned to should be loud as hell.
If I had the space I'd stick it right on my rear deck with the cone blowing into the trunk and the whole motor showing in the back window 👌🏼👌🏼😍😍😍 I need this job so I can pick up some new audio 😔 I blew a 10 inch a day before Valentine's Day, but I'm in love with audio so I spent the 14th carefully pulling the cone and spider and taking out the old voice coil... got some nice aluminum, just need a rig and the right gauge copper to wrap a new voice coil... any tips on wrapping voice coils?
