So what happens if you rewind or pause the video your reacting to? This style basically only works if you NEVER rewind or stop the video your reacting to and just let it play all the way through lol

I Appreciate Your Tips.
1) 4:45 - Don't wear headphone before the reaction.
2) Do a countdown before you do the reaction video. Ex 1,2,3, Play.
3) 6:50 - Go to the overlay button, then click the option Picture in Picture to get your reaction and the video on the same screen.
4) 9:55 - Add background music before and after the reaction video. screen.( Also turning the video you're reacting to volume down so we can hear the reaction clearly)
5) Add Value. 15:33

It's March 2021 and a stumbled on to this video. Why did it take me so long? 😆😆. I have the ipad bro and bought professional mic ,lighting ( pretty much everything) but I have never edited. What if you were to pause during the reaction? How would you go about editing it??
Tbh I try not to pause, but the best way would be to note time stamps.

Good video. I have a 2013 MacBook Pro. I was trying to screen record with QuickTime, but it made my computer work too hard and the fan go loud. So yesterday I watched a video about how to do it with zoom. But in that I’m not sure what size to make the video that I’m looking at. Because if it’s small on the screen, I won’t be able to see it well. So maybe I’ll use your technique.

How do you match the video with the clip you're reacting to? Because say the video that you are reacting to is paused while you're talkin wouldn't you then have to edit the clip that you dropped in to match that pause?

Great video man still very relevant today. What if you want to do a reaction video where you do some pauses here and there to the video? so instead of a continuous play where you react and never pause it, what would you do if you wanted to pause to comment an important point then allow the video to resume? Thanks again!
Amazing 🤩 When I pause the video though it doesn’t line up with my audio from my camera 🎥 when I’m reacting to the actual screen recording, any tips. It’s like I gotta like it up the audio from the video separately in order to be lined up every time I pause.

Every time I put my video in it sticks to the bottom clip with a green line connecting them. On top of that, the video on the bottom bar won’t let me use Picture in Picture so I can’t crop my face into the corner.

Thank you for the tutorial I appreciate it but I do have a Question: I’ve been experiencing some problems on iMovie when it comes to flickering. I’ll have a video and another video (picture-in-picture) and while the vids playing, the original video I’m reacting to will start to flicker over my reaction. How do I fix that? if anybody knows how, would love to know. Been lookin all over the Internet for a solution!
