I'm glad you are helping this house. It is too special to let it just fall down.

I have been in love with it for a long time. Now that I have spent time in it working, I love it even more.

It really needed saving. It is so unique and tied to Galveston's history.

The best priority system will be one that prevents further damage to the house. Priority No. 1. Issues of safety and security do not factor in, but what does is as follows: 1. Structural issues which can cause damage. 2. Water intrusion issues which can cause damage.
    3. Termite issues which can cause damage. It is really that simple. Approach your plan of action like that and you will be doing the house and yourself a favor. Remember that time spent on cosmetic issues or other non-relevant issues take away from the real priorities.

I have to disagree with you on this one. Worker safety and the security of anyone on the property always has to be the first priority. Avoiding serious injury or loss of life is always number one. That's standard practice at every construction site. Everything else you said is in line with my list.

Thanks. It has been a chore to be working on two sets of videos at once, but it is also fun to look back at all the work completed so far. I forget sometimes because I am so focused on the task at hand.
