Factual history is far better than imaginary history , and getting it from the horses mouth as they say is far more interesting , I couldn’t pull my self away from David telling us the facts , I’m now a David Irving convert , fascinating history about the people from the dark period in our history, The bit that stood out to me was when David was answering the judge when he says if those men who stormed the beaches in Normandy could see Great Britain today they wouldn’t have gone 6 inches up those beaches , A more factual statement. I totally agree with.🇬🇧
Primary accounts (“from the horses mouth,” as you put it) can offer a unique perspective about the past. They can also be total fiction: people who “saw it” sometimes have very very strong reasons to misrepresent what they “saw” (which is most certainly the case with people who were close to Hitler). Point being: primary accounts can be more “imaginary history” than “factual history.”
Hitler was described as a rabid racist ... but at the oympics, the afrcian competitors spoke well of how they wher treated and greeted during and after the competition...one said .."hitler greeted me ,it was the American president who ignored me !"...

all of his work was backed up by the archives. one mistake doesnt render the entirety of his work void...if that was the measure of truth, than the holocaust would be in tatters lol

Trying to learn about the real history of this place...it's very obvious it's not what's in 8th grade history books.. probably nothing close to it!
