I was a custom cut butcher for 8 years. The sweetest cows are the most tender. Angry cows are almost always tougher. Buy this guy's meat, I bet it is amazing. Stop supporting feed lots! Beware of grass fed beef scams.
Nobody is going to acknowledge that not only does the cover of the video have a white bison but if you can see in the background there’s a white bison grazing oh and I have a white bison of my own
Can you help me find a source for semen from bulls like Magnum Gold? I want to create a line of miniature beefalo by putting some 75% bison bulls over some zebu cows.
I am not aware of any 75% bison bulls on the market currently, I know we have a few straws left, I'd you're interested you can look up LaBorde beefalo farms and email us there!
Is problem with chromosome number? Like with horse and donkey.. Is that why they can't reproduce? I'm from Balkan and here we have an old breed of cow that can survive winter by eating grass underneath the snow.. Its primitive and small breed of cow but I've got an idea to cross it either with bison in the zoo, or buffalo there are still some left here... And make even more wild like animal and to have something different from the others 😁 can you please tell me where can I find more information about this breeding?
Add the chromosome numbers of the 2 animals. bison + cattle = ? : 2. If the result is an even number, it is not infertile. horse 64 donkey 62. result 63.
Thanks for the answer 🙂 But why than he speaks about problems with reproduction and how hard it is and that it doesn't always work? English is not my native language, but I belive that I've understood it..
@@ludikonj8927 probably main issue cattle smaller than bison this complicates the birth. And I am searched now. Cow and bison same chromosome numbers 60. The differences can cause some trouble, at least in f1. I have no idea about what's next. you need to research. You can also consider buying beefalo directly.
There's no beefalo in my country 😁 The bisons also got extinct, but few months ago national park thats near by imported 5 European bisons from Poland (1 male and 4 females) so I came up with an idea 🤔💡 We also have the old breed of cow here that still can be found high on mountains which have genetics closest to the extinct wild cow.. My first idea was with the buffalo because there is a guy here that owns a couple, but then I've heard of those 5 bisons..
I have been raising beefalo for 4 years. Very happy with them and my customers really like the finished product.
