So i went with the FDEZ P320 slide like this and later bought the Legion slide. You were right about that Legion slide...much better overall. Smooth, reliable and just flat out better to shoot.

the extractor recommendation in the pamphlet is not for the p320 it is for the p365.. By the way I got my slide yesterday along with the ported barrel.. I can't wait to try ot out at the range and see which set of springs work in it.

I subscribed as I have very similar gun collection and i am getting used to red dots so I am converting some of m guns to red dots.. This will be awsome for my legion p320 x5 as an upgrade.

Have you shot it yet? - I intend, coincidentally enough, doing the exact same build. My original is also the same as your original - what is worrying me is the insert that says you have to use the 'latest version extractor with hooked pivot pin hole' but they supplied to you, as they did to me, a DIFFERENT extractor. The same one you installed in fact - has this had any impact on the functionality. I am also going to checjkwith Fdez as well?
@@9mmtactical I noticed that the paper information insert that you read, in respect of the extractor version it refers to, is actually for the P365 NOT for the P320 - Clerical error I would assume, but it is a tad confusing!!!
At the top of the slide, the end to end length is 7.5”. If you measure the vertical distance between the top left at the nose and bottom right at the tail, it’s about 7.75”. Hope this helps.
@@9mmtactical thanks. I also ordered the fully ported barrel with it. I figured out if the slide porting doesn’t work enough I will get more effect from the ported barrel. If the setup works on my sig legion x5 then this would be my open class steel challenge gun. By the way you have cool setups. Do you compete in any or multiple disciplines. Would like to see some videos if you do. Thanks
@jamilalwan3327 yeah I think your setup will work perfectly. I just personally don’t like that many ports on barrel close to me. I compete ASI/IDPA in my local range casually. Nothing serious :)
will that slide fit on a carry frame (specifically the Brouwer M1811 grip). It’s the length of a X5 I believe so I’m not sure if it fits the carry’s shorter dust cover/rail without a gap exposing the RSA.
Man I’m interested in that M1811 grip too. The only thing is that it’s not heavy. I hope they allow us to install the grip panels like AXG grip. Regarding the length, I put it on my carry size grip. It fits just fine. There’s no gap exposed, but almost starting to. So it’s all good.
I currently have an M1811 grip and it’s by far my favorite grip mod I’ve used. I’ve had all the polymer ones except the Mirzon. I’ve heard they are working on a metal version too so that will be really interesting! I really hope they have a heavy weight steel one in the works and not just aluminum.

@@scott6590 Steamlight - Having to take the whole light off to change the battery. No rechargeable battery. Mine has never heated up, and the throw is as good as my Streamlight. I agree with the whole Chinese thing, but I don't see why Holosun doesn't gets the same hate when they are Chinese.
@@9mmtactical well i ordered a silencer co barrel before the slide. And i rrly want a silencer co barrel with my p320 full size fdez slide. They recommend not to run a threaded barrel and i don’t know why
Yeah because if the threaded part passes the port on the slide, it defeats the purpose of the integrated comp. If it doesn’t, the threaded part is thinner than the barrel, which mean it leaves a gap between the slide and the barrel muzzle, it reduces air that gets blown out to the port and reduces the effect. If you keep the thread protector, it might be too thick to fit into the slide.

It’d be better if it came with the exact same optic cut as Sig slide. Sig has the most versatile optic cut.

There’s no impact that I observed. They didn’t supply me with any extractor though.

I just bought this slide, because it is an x5 length slide, can I use the dpm recoil spring for the x5 instead of the full size?

Why does O-light get the hate? I like mine more that the Stream Lights and Surefire, the only problem you can't find holsters for them.
Check out werkz.com. They have universal fit holster for Olight. I have one. It’s pretty good.
